Nobody uses Western Union again in Nigeria, that send at 348 and receive at 199 is daylight robbery. MG sends at #287 to a $1 , there is an #11k sending fee for up to $700 which is the maximum you can send in a month... You must be at the bank latest by 9 to send on a particular day... I hope this helps

lmaoo your bank is angry. Last time I checked Western Union Online is not possible in Nigeria. But at-the-counter Western Union & MG is 100% working and possible. As at today, my bank: WU:N251.3-$1, MG:N258.54-$1. I dont know of other branches & banks but my own branch only attends to 7 for each of them and stoppage is 10am!

@ First bolded, WU still works and people are still receiving at 199(no choice obviously). 2nd bolded, the sending charge is N3,8888 round up to N4000(also applies to WU). And the maximum is N250,000($900+)- and it is not monthly** after which one cannot send till after 90days. Maybe you are quoting your own bank rates but mine is what I use and last used it last wk. this is not hearsay info

Even on that particular day, those people will tell you that they have exhausted their limit and come back again.

May 31st 2016, I went to first bank and the woman told me to come back in July with one useless face as if I want to send money for free at her bank, I just smile and laugh Comot there and went to Ecobank the woman there said she can't assure me if I can send in two months time because people are on queue for it as well.

I am going to Access Bank for PTA today... If they start talking trashnese I'm heading to Standard Chartered, I'm tired of FBN and GTB wahala.... Changing with Abóki is dangerous, they mix counterfeit dollars with genuine ones... I'm really tired. Pls anyone with a better idea should pls speak out

Emirates does not fly to Atlanta, Try Delta(very expensive) direct from Lagos to Atlanta or Qatar ( moderate) Lagos-Doha-ATL

Guys please I need help o. Heard Spring application doesn't offer much opportunities as Fall and the intake is really low. Please should I just go ahead and apply? What are my chances? I no wan waste money o. Gurus please advise me.

My brother, it's advice able you don't waste your precious time with the Banks, them no go do am! That's the bitter truth, I even heard they supply the abokis the black market and make huge money from it.

When I wanna leave, I went to all banks and there procedures and everyday change of policies clearly show that they are far away from CBN $1 to 199 or whatever for PTA.

An inside source told me clearly that if I truely need dollar, aboki is my best option. Meet those Aboki and get a STAMPED dollar. Or better still don't change in $100 change in $20. Small dollars no get fraud. And moreover if u are a first timer, it would save you with Nigerian immigrations and PTA wahala. When they see Huge $20, dem go free you sharp sharp.
