Hi guys, I'm Chigozie and I'm already schooling here in the US but I'm quite in a dilemma. I just finished my third year and when the Fall semester starts in August I'll be in my final year. However I'm an orphan, lost the only parent I have and it's been hard to pay my tuition. I have a scholarship that covers half of the tuition but not all so I've been trying to find options. I work during normal semester and from there I pay bills like rent, food, & all those essentials. I've spoken to the intl. office but they are really tight on funds so they can't increase my scholarship at the moment. I currently have a back bill that needs to be paid before I can enroll for Fall.

Back to the main topic, I spoke with a female friend like me who's Nigerian whom I met through my flatmate and you guys won't believe what they told me. She said I would have to escort and it pays well she even introduced me to someone who says if I want to be an adult movie model then no problem. This my friend escort as well but I'm confused right now. Should I do it please? I just want others opinion. Thanks in advance guys x

Am embarrassed as a fellow female you would want to stoop so low to be an escort(sleep with men). Have you tried applying or asking your international students office for severe economic hardship for F1 students? Apart from that, you can get other jobs on the side like Starbucks, fastfoods, etc.

My dear, filing for Economic hardship is your best bet. Just go to the dhs website and download the form, tell them your story, go to your intl office to get a support document as requested on the form and submit accordingly. It takes less than 60 days to go though this.

After getting your work authorization and ssn, you can get a good job, apply for as many cc as possible to balance your tuition and then pay them back as time goes by. Don't lure yourself into something you will regret later. You can pm me if you are really interested in the Economic Hardship thing.

Hope this helps.

Don't do it!!! No No No. It's not worth it, and please if you can jejely move away from the female 'friend' who gave such advice, that would be good too. Someone rightfully suggested you go to your international office and state your financial hardship so you might work more hours. If you attend a church this is the time to seek financial help from people even if it means swallowing your pride. Help comes from the strangest places. Whatever it is you have to do escort business no be am o. Even if you want to ignore the morality issues, you are aware you are in a country filled with crazy serial killers that target those kind of women right?

Heheheheheheh grin grin grin grin grin, very funny!!! I think u r intelligent enough to understand the world "context". I think you are faking ur slowpoke attitude n trying to get under peoples' skin, but I like slow people, they help to create a certain kinda balance in d house. It's not healthy to have too many intelligent n serious people packed in a room, the house will be boring. Behaving like a loose-nut is only way u can "stand-out" in a crowd, well, u welcome.

There is a more to this escort of a thing if you don't know..

You are being told of the surface and not how deep the job is. What if you are asked to escort and lure you to sleep with animal since they know that you need money badly?

My first advice is to go and pray to God to open way for you so that your school can help you more and someone you don't expect can help you too.

Please don't do escort job because you are woman and because you friend are profiting through escort job doesn't mean you will profit there, it might destroy you..
