they will all drown in the Creeks, just like Pharaoh's army. the Creeks does not lend itself to siege and occupation.
Have you ever been to the creeks? it is this ignorant assumption that got Buhari and his people into this mess. It goes beyond one state you know.

What is legit in asking for the release of Dazuki?

They are a political group causing hardship for a lot of people in our region.
that is not the problem, the problem is the foundation of this country. Avengers ar fightin for fiscal fedralism is not Division. With this structure of Government here, no body will develop 150yr to come

You can see how insensitive you are but you are the first to claim Niger Delta.

Those are our people and they are suffering and need support. What would they have done when the International Community handed them over to Cameroon? You tell me. Shoot themselves?

Where were you when the International Community handed Bakassi to Cameroon?

Why leave Ijaw territory to bomb Akwa Ibom? They are definitely looking for trouble.

This is more than pipeline contracts bro.

True federalism/regionalism is the way to go.

Resource control is the way to go.
that is what you want or think but not what the want, even if Nigeria practiced true federalism the will still not be satisfied what the want is full pipeline contracts and enough money that's all the want undecided

Places developed. It is people close to our home that looted our resources. Not people outside. The allocations that came in was enough for massive development.

Blame our corrupt leaders who are those in the forefront and sponsoring these Militants for the lack of development.

If you guys want through Federalism, there are diplomatic channels without destruction of livelihoods and property.

If you guys feel destruction is the way, I am pleading, now.

So as I can't do anything why didn't they do something. If Ijaws had fought the Federal Government, you will still be the first to insult them. The only tribe in ND that can challenge Federal Government and the government will come crawling/begging is the Ijaws.

Now u r talking like a baby, so you have been away or in Nigeria? The number 1 identity of Nigeria as a country is, when you embark on peaceful demonstration they will order the military to shoot at sight. The only workable language to Nigeria government is violence.

You tell me what they did. What are the Ijaws doing that is shacking you? Tell me. Is it not an Ijaw man that made billions from the Federal Government and went to buy private jet? Is that a struggle for the people?

Do you know how many good top quality roads in his village he would have constructed with that money?

Leave all these talk. These men are struggling for themselves. They should not destroy other people's land for their belle struggle. Let them keep off our lands.

As for Bakassi, they have struggled hard so far and God will help them. Saying what did they do like blowing and destroying community land is achievement is myopic.

Let them keep blowing things up and get on with the threat of killing their governors already. They are doing a fantastic job! grin
Ceasefire my foot, wen the federal govt sent soliders to their community, raping women and girls where were u?

Secondly, how realistic do u want dem to come out? They have tabled their demand, and FG seems not be interested, dem the bombing continues.

ungrateful fellow, in your Akwa Ibom which Ibibio or anang community has oil? the oil in akwa ibom belongs to the oron and ijaw (Eastern Obolo and Ibuno) people, so tell me yo stake. My sweet heart is from Eastern Obolo and he claims to be an Ijaw man.
TheGoodJoe:

You can see the stupidity in you guys reasoning. You are fighting for the Niger Delta but the Oil in Akwa-Ibom State belongs to Oron.

Do you see? Every thing is to divide. Please leave my community out of the struggle. I am yet to hear the people of Oron are even in support of this madness.

If the people of Oron want this bombings, they should write a letter that they are united in the struggle and invite the NDA to bomb Oil facilities in Oron.

Leave us alone.

I said Democratic channels, ways to take to the government. Protesting and civil disobedience is not the perfect way.

Meeting your local leaders, forming a group, listing a plan, and going to the presidency. It might take long but in the end a compromise is achieved.

Civil disobedience has not led us far. Bombing our lands will take us back.

May be u have comprehension problem, if so let me repeat myself. The only language Nigeria as a country listen is violence. In a saner climes, Nigeria should've given the right of self determination to Biafra people by conducting referendum. Instead they killed them by shooting harmless protesters. Try it with the Ijaws they will bring the government to its knee and one idiot will stay behind his China phone and call them names. You better tell your Nigeria government, be it apc or pdp to respect human peaceful demonstration.

The only language you understand is violence. The language I understand is peace. So if you think bombing is bringing the Government to its knees, then you are deceiving yourself.

These bombing destroy villages. There is a community that is abandoned. People lost their homes. A small fire can cause massive destruction. It kills, Children drink water polluted by hydrocarbons. Fish caught in other regions are poisoned which lead to slow death.

So who are you bringing to its knees. Is it the communities and it's people who cannot eat today or the Politicians in Aso Rock fighting for Prado SUV?

How many meetings with the presidency has yielded any fruit, guy u better go back to USA where the government listens to the people's plight. A region full of people like can't send delegates to president. Once they get there, they will be given brown envelope and will just keep quiet.

You better tell your NDA to receive big sense. Small sense is not enough. Their acts is harming us. If Crude Close, Agricultural exports will open. By then our region will have no farm lands.

Tell them to ask their leader for the 13 billion naira for their Maritime University.

which of the environment are u talking about? Is it the already degraded one? Kachukwu was talking bollocks. It is only Avengers without sense that can buy that thing Kachukwu said.

How can we go on with the Maritime University when the contractors and community leaders scammed the community 13 billion? Are we using the same scammers to continue the University? Tell me.

We must cancel the contract from the scammers, start a new bidding process without continuing.

If we do not think, Criminals will use us as sacrificial lambs for their greed.

Do u have a steady power?,dont tell me that u expect state governments to generate power with this structure of government where everytin depends on the center, with this type of useless federation, its better we divide than going backward. Dont u know that people are more liable to have access to their government thereby dey can hold any politician accountable more easily. Therefore, people can revolusionise wen oppressed.

As a Political Scientist, you will know that there is not enough fire power here to hold the Nigerian Government ransom. So how are we dividing this Nation without a Suicide mission.

This reckless bombings is already suicide. We are just killing ourselves and lying that were fighting the Federal Government. There are reserves to run the Nation.

Diplomatic channels, dialogue and compromise is the best way. Any other thing is suicide

As I said, you guys feed your egos with ethnic lies. How can the best governor in the history of the Niger Delta be an outcast.

Let the contractors come and defend what they have done. Show us the community and the sign board showing they have begun work in the site.

They ate the money one of them is sentenced for stealing money made for work.

Yet you exalt them. 13 billion for land and your talking. Instead if them to use it to build community for their people. Then they bomb the same land of the people.

Cowards.

Sample Amaechi's work below.

Then show me what their thieves did for them.

Believe it or not the NAF is one of the best around Africa. Forget the braggings and all the Militants are a ragtag army and they can't stand the full weight of the Nigeria Military that's the truth.
