You dey barb your hair yourself?
I wish I could. I can't even shave myself, so I just leave my beards like that till I'm
ready to cut my hair. We got a guy who cuts hair for $10 and sometimes I get free hair cut at friends bf's shop.

I've seen a lot of folks do it well. Bigfrancis21 can give you tips. The guy is a pro in self cut.

Practise makes perfect. At first I barb every 2weeks for $20 and shave $10 every week in a Nigerian Barbers shop but when I realize how much I spend in a month, I run go buy clipper and started learning how to shave myself. I only pay $20 once a month for babring now and shave myself every 3days.

Buy a clipper and start practicing yourself. I know folks that barb themselves.

Pleasse I have been following this thread carefully, Urgent questions people.

The money in My sponsors account is not up to the required amount for tuition and all(like 2million) but the turnover, i.e money going in and out of the account is more than my tuition around 40million for the past 6months, I was told that the turnover of 40million is Wat the international office will look to get my i20. Pls, is it advisable to use him as sponsor, or look for anoda account. Because the account is not dormant. Pls help. God bless you all.

NB: tuition is around

We just lost a Nigeria who drowned at a lake. Please, don't go swimming if you know you can't swim.

I did a lake challenge last year and I swore never to near that place anymore except for sight seeing.

RIP Austin cry

May his soul RIP to him. I almost drowned in a lake too, my friends kept telling me to go deeper in the lake, while still learning. Please if you cannot swim don't try learning at the lake, just like I tried to and almost drowned, your story might be different. I'm even scared of swimming in a 3 feet swimming pool.

Hey, congrats. I'm not exactly sure how it works, but I have always thought the international office needs an account that actually has at least the required amount as the closing balance. I didn't know (and I'm not sure if) turnover would work too.

Good evening house,i have a serious issue here.I have a 6am appointment at the lagos consulate tomorrow. However my i20 that has been sent since last week has been delayed for whatsoever reasons i dont know. The last tracking showed cologne(Germany).I paid $125(3 days package) to have it sent here.Under normal circumstances i'm supposed to have taken delivery of it since Monday. I called their customer care line countless numbers of time and each time its just apologies upon apologies.
A friend of mine from the US advised that i could print the electronic copy and go with it to the embassy. He said i should explain to the VO what happened. He said i should not waste the visa fee money instead i should try my luck and for the experience

Peruse the bank statement. If the closing balance at any point within the last 6 months is up to 4 million, send a compelling mail to the International Admissions Office stating the earliest date of such balance. Explain that your sponsor had to make withdrawals for his business, & urge that your I-20 be issued so that you can commence visa processing as school resumes soon.
It's what I did.
