I need help on advise please, this is it? In 2014 I went for interview at the American embassy on b1 / b2 that's visit and it was actually an agent who did it all, I could remember bits he said I was a final year student in lasu and studied banking and finance or so!! And I was denied.

Actually I have never been to lasu I finished from a sch in Ghana. I actually dont know why he lied then. But he insisted that's the only way I can get visa but I was denied.

I have always been an aviation enthusiasts either been a pilot or flight dispatch, althrough if I knew how to go about the American visa documentation then I wouldn't have allowed it but I was more like a novice with no knowledge of anything atal about travelling.

So this is the case, I realised I can actually just apply to IFOD Texas aviation school and apply for i-20 and just fill everything myself that has to do with documentation without anyone's help. My problem now is that I can actually apply for the IFOD with just my high sch certification as my only sch leaving cause I don't want problems with my previous documentation 3yrs back. Because you don't need bsC to apply going for the course you can just use WAEC

So I heard there's a space in the application to signify if u have ever defamed or misappropriated informations or so? I don't know if I should just be honest and say yes because I don't want it to tally with my course now cause this time I want to be entirely honest and genuine because just this i-20 is costing me $500 and I have my course fee programmed down which they want me to pay after I have been granted the visa. I just want honesty and I wouldn't want that past interview to hunt me because even my BSc cert I have not gone back to Ghana to pick them up, not interested in it at all I just want to be a pilot or flight dispatch.

What should I do please when I fill the application form

N:B That passport has been virgin for long and 2months back I wanted to just travel to Kenya to disvirgin the passport and as well go for vacation so I got the visa to Kenya for 3 months but somehow got too busy for something else and I didn't go to Kenya again and the visa has expired. What should I do... I have a older passport which I was using back then in Ghana schooling days but that has expired so that's why I got another one which I got Kenyan visa on but didn't go? Help me what should I do.. my i-20 is already on the way to 9ja.

My people, pls i have an issue i need clarification on.My passport expires 2017 May and I already have my visa in it. Is it possible to renew it before travelling? I am looking at the cost of going to Atlanta /NYC when it expires. My concern is I will have a new passport number, hope it won't affect the old one I have my visa stamped.

Nigeria only renews it 6 months in advance so for u May is from Nov 2016... u just have to do it in the US atlanta/ nyc or Washington Dc. ...also on d separate question. if u have a new passport , it doesnt affect anything. U just have to show or travel with both new and old

Thanks boss, as regards your response.
1. Asked for my doc: and I gave him. It took him about 45secs before he asked me d question and he was just looking at the system.
2. Stood right infront of him and my hands was on the slab.I would say I didn't really stammer or sounds too intimidating.
3. The person before me was approved. I don't really know buh seems I'm among the first 6. No second chance @ all[b]

Dont over blow an issue or put a spotlight on yourself.......... People get denied for b1b2 everyday . Its not new, so just moved on from it quietly . The key word is quietly . You were not spotted for fake document or banned. I think You are overthinking this thing . You were denied probably due to lack of home ties, leave that reason like that and if asked , thats the reason or state the exact reason on the 214b. this long story is left for your ears and the agent ................. .Fill your new application honestly and focus on that . Do not create unnecessary attention . this is not needed ooo defamed or misappropriated informations . you were suppose to take ownership for DS160 information so blaming the agent is just one words against the other........ Focus on the future , how u can best sell yourself in the interview , prepare well and commit it to God or who you serve .

your travel history plays no or little part in the future. Yes some people who are frequent flyers get US visa easier however so many with no travel history get US visa (very many) . Just be honest , You say you never traveled or got visa and was too busy to go.

Its up to you to decide and make a decision and after that make sure you work on your lapses before you re fire back

Next time have confidence in yourself, As for me i will say that is the reason for you delay and don't say i am going there to try your luck again because those who are not qualify for it only key into it and get their visa

All these i never chop police looking for who to devour.

Finally am here with my testimony special thanks be to almighty God the one on the throne.
I want to start by narrating the ugly experience I had with some criminals called Nigeria Police at CMS immediately I alighted at CMS I decided to take Okada as there was no time on my side as the Okada man who carried me was about to enter the road leading to Victoria Island I was double-crossed by some non-uniformed four men and asked the Okada man to pack his byke. Guess what? Their target was me. They requested me to come down from the byke which I did. Next thing I heard is we are Police can we aee your file I gave to the my well packaged envelops. They started asking me all sorts of rubbish questions when they were scanning through my documents. I pleaded them that I don't have time for all these questions as my interview was scheduled for 7:15am hmmmm I felt momentarily sick but suddenly God's wisdom enveloped me and I quickly sighted a soldier passing on the other side of the road I immediately ran to him explaining my conditions as God will have it he listened across the road with me and confronted the quadruple idiots called Police initially they started brandishing there ID card that they are Nigeria Police. After the Officer finished listening he ordered them to bring all my documents for his sake which they did and I carefully went through it and confirmed if they were complete and collected my passport from one of their most irrational idiots thanked the soldier man very well boarded the same Okada that was stand by and left. God will continue to bless Nigeria army as they care for the Citizens
Finally the interview here
SUN: Good morning
VO: Good morning
VO: Please your passport
SUN: Quickly passed it to her
VO: What is your study programme?
SUN: Am going in pursuit of Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
VO: Of what benefit is it to your work.
SUN: It is a research course on Computational Fluid Dynamics which is needed in my company series of inviscid flow analysis and solution
(At this point she was just nodding her head for my mind I be like say this woman don enter my boat finally)
VO: Who is sponsoring?
SUN: I quickly replied my elder brother
VO: She started typing fast and furiously for up to one minutes that looked like one hour my ears were itching for good news already and suddenly she singled out a paper and said your visa has been approved go to your designated centre for collection. Thank you
SUN: Thank you too.

Please if you are going to the US Embassy Okada is the worst mistake you will make to enter because it seems they work hand in hand with the Police. If you not driving or not going with a Cab it is safer to enter a bus.
Get yourself prepared from home by arranging document well also don't listen to all those miscreants at the embassy be yourself and be confident and you will get it.

I declare today and days to come for those who are going for theirs from this family and thread that God will give them the glorious victory in Jesus name. Amen.

The mystery is that instead of VO to delay you for your visa, the policemen did that ahead of the VO... grin grin grin

Congrats and enjoy your stay in Obamaland

It depends on where you're entering through. Some airports will ask you to soak it in water or alcohol.
