She wickedly suck the guy of his finances, now you still want the girl to use a friend to her supposed boyfriend to get him into jail?

Answer me, when was the right time for her to release the punny?

Did the devil appoint her to terminate the guy's destiny?

I only expressed the position of the law and not my opinion.

Did the girl steal from him? She didnt commit any crime if the rapist freely, of his accord, gave her material gifts. Let us even assume the worst case scenario; if the girl stole from the rapist he ought to have reported to law enforcement officers and not resort to self help.

Judging from the law angle. Can she prove she was raped?

Remember, the act happened in the bedroom and the only witness admitted doors were unlock.

How will you convince a jurist that a boy raped his lover?

guy no level. I have no intention reporting the matter to the police. If she wants to report it to the police, she should do it herself. As for my friend I have chastised him.

But you could have stopped the act from happening when your got there, but I guess you also jerked off from watching the assault and rape of someone's daughter.

The girl is the one to report to the police, not you. However, you will just act as her witness when the case gets to court.

Let's see if you have the balls to right the wrong.

LOL. Honestly, many girls in Nigeria today see relationship as a means of asking a guy for money, knowing fully well that the reason the guy even gives them money is because he believes he stand a chance in shagging them.

Girls today need to know you can't expect to dine with the devil and not pay your dues. grin

If she had left scene of crime immediately, going to the police station with torn clothes and signs of battery, then yes, she can prove it. I don't know about Nigeria but detection of crime is quite easy, using forensics.

Btw, I am only quoting you, so others can know rape is provable and not take your comments as facts and not report rape, other than that, you are to be ignored, nonsense.

Why am I not suprised that you are here defending rapists. If you ever owe anybody anything, I hope they destroy your a-hole forcefully

After all, they spent money on you, so you deserve to be sexually violated.
U r so pathetic. U defend heartless women who pull romance job on guys. U deserve all that U have coming to you. Meanwhile she raped his money first! In any case rape of all forms is deplorable and so is wickedly milking a man dry.

You don't know about Nigeria, have you left Port Harcourt.

Cocoa, what will be her complaint.

She went to her boyfriend house and he raped her huh?

Except if the said girl is smart enough to inflict injury on her self, the boyfriend can always come up with brilliant defense.

The only person to prove that she was raped is the OP.

LOL. Obviously it's not a surprise that many female Nairalanders still believe it's their God given right to eat a man's money. They forget that when you dine with a lion, one day you might be eaten when there's no food. grin

My husband is a one star general in the Army. He is coordinating onslaught against the Boko haram with the infantry brigade. I don't think you'll want him to waste a bullet of his service pistol

What does port-harcourt have to do with not knowing whether Nigeria uses forensics? , You see why you shouldn't be taken seriously, and stop making assumptions about me, you don't know me.

Saying she got raped at her boyfriend's is not complaint enough? Humour me please, come up with a defence for him, and you know she sustained no injury in the process, how exactly? I just told someone not to argue with you, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt since this is a serious issue, despite the fact that it's obvious you make no sense whatsoever...

Exactly. If I was the one I would have stopped him, why? because I know there are many ways you can use to punish a girl. But rape is never among.

If the rape case is reported in Islamic foremost nation Saudi Arabia, both the guy and the girl would be punished. The guy for the act and the girl for having left her home without a blood related male accompanying her and then putting herself in a situation that could lead to sexual violence
