Since the man was brought to power on NEPA BILL, what exactly do you expect him to know. Infact, I don't think Buhari knows what plagiarism means.

Look at the 'certificate' he got from Katsina school, he had F9 in mathematics, how did he secure admission to Military college if English and Maths are the minimum requirements of 5 o' levels.

Buhari can't even explained what he read out the same way he took budget to the House of Representatives without reading or understanding what is in it.

Hahahahahaha!!! I think you need eye surgery brov.. The thing is, because of our failed educational system, you guys are so confident copying other people's work, only to change name and reg number before submitting them as project work.

In serious clime, words from a writer or a project student are usually passed through a system and if it matches with any other author's work across the globe, with over about 2% (not to talk of this paragraph that matched with over 90%) then such work is termed poorly prepared.

I'm pretty sure the dullard that prepared this speech for the dullardeen president, must have copied all the speech from various articles, speeches, etc. without him/her adding any single bit of originality to it..

when you copy someone's original work, you give them credit, you did this when you did your school project, or no? By the way, plagiarism is illegal, that's why people sue for copyright infringement

People who think they have knowledge are quoting me to tell me how "foolish" I am and how smart they are. For your information, plagiarism is when you copy someones work and take credit for it. then u can be stripped of honours and taken to court too, this I know.

But these wailing buffoons like their leaders do not and cannot tell me Buhari has committed a crime by using part of someone's speech. Why because a speech is a vocalised form of communication and hence its not a crime to copy part of someone speech if it fits with the occasion.
