This story got me shocked

.....ok ooo. If i tell you this story........ do i appear to be a serious person that would complete the course in America this one so much persuasion from your dad and you still didnt complete .

So i asked you this question , U meet me on the road and i tell you this , would u say i am a serious person or not

......An visa with VO is also an interview , if you cannot sell yourself to be a serious person then wahala dey oo ... This has just told the VO that you might not complete in the USA as well ............ . I adviced you to do a transcript and review with others before your interview , did you do that ?

Hello everyone, I am kindda new to this, but I hear lots of testimonies that made me feel, I will be giving mine soon as well. I am a graduate of mechanical engineering, with a HND, looking to get to run my MSC in the USA, but I really need a guide, as to cheap institutions, where requirements for admissions are easy around Indiana or anywhere close, coz I knw someone there, and also, the challenges I am likely to face as an international student right from the point where I seek my visa. Like I said pls, I am very new yo this. Any info that will help me will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks to everyone that answered my question about the national youth service. Well am here again with my questions oooo. I'll soon be a graduate of chemistry and am hoping to do my MSc in either chemical engineering or pharmaceutical science. When I checked out some universities,i was kinda happy cause i can do my Msc in those two fields I mentioned with my B.tech chemistry but some courses were listed as program requirements which I don't understand. ...please help...
Also, which is more advisable to do thesis option or non thesis option?

He mentioned his case and was advised several times to fill a new DS 160 form stating that he already had a diploma, and reschedule interview

Why didn't you jus tell the truth of the diploma you mentioned to the group you already had but didn't fill in Ds 160??
Why did you tell Vo that you were a school drop out after just one semester??
From what I can see here...you have no interest in school and you are likely to abandon studies in the USA as well to go and work

Visa interview answers are well-structured. Rather, you chose to answer questions like guys at Alaba Market. If you've been here and answered questions like this, it means something is wrong somewhere. No VO could have issued you visa today, even if you filled in your diploma. It's really pitiful.

We put in a lot of efforts here to see folks succeed but you decided to let us down just like this.

If you're looking to go into a PhD program at some point later, go for thesis. It's not a requirement, but it sure helps your application and also gives you that research experience which you're really going to need for a Doctorate degree. You are also very likely to be funded by your thesis advisor in form of a GRA or something related, if you decide to go that route. Thesis programs are very demanding...you might find out you're in some lab most of the time while your non-thesis colleagues are having some free time. It probably would be useful in future job applications as well. Your choice..

First, Get your Priorities Right. If I were in your shoes, I wouldn't plan to reapply until I have read all transcripts, suggestions on this platform from Page 1 and pick lessons/useful info.

Apart from reading it, you need to be motivated enough to study. Perhaps, I should ask - Do you really wanna study?
