Lol. Where I dey nothing concern us concern NEPA. Light na free every single day. The only problem be say the light dey cause laziness. People for here dey flex. No body no refill gas or buy kerosene. The day day devil go punish us light con disappear for 5 hours hunger go kill people. Free light since 2005. Na God o! People for here lazy o. Street light dey on for morning afternoon and night.

Dem connect our light on the same phase with the Oba (King) of this place. If light go pass 1 hour Agip go pay fine. Agip no want trouble, so dem they make sure say light dey at least 22 hours every single day. Some times 2-3 months light no go blink.
