Dont forget that Sagay and Falana knws the constitution very well unlike those boys that just wake up one day and command anybody without actually checking s constitution to be sure of their power limit

Okanokan:
Bulltalk! Falana is no different from his senior brother Prof Itse Sagay.

Which president allows a congregation of criminals, certificate forgers, international rapist, drunkards mentally challenged entities masquerading as Senators to hold his government and offices to ridicule and public opprobrium?

Mr President, if you are bereft of ideas on how to tame the Senate...

Then do this now.....

A simple solution:

go after Saraki with all venom and you'll be dropping the cat among the pigeons. There will be outrage among the Senators at the outset but when the assault is sustained, most of them will see opportunities in adversity as somebody will have to replace him. That is when betrayal will assume the front seat.

You know, all of them are survivalists. Self preservation is the ultimate human trait as it drives most of our actions. Arrest Saraki this night and all hell will break loose tomorrow. Senators will threaten fire and hailstones, refuse to sit and all the sort.....but let Saraki spend the weekend in the gulag and you'll be shocked at the songs that some senators will start singing on Monday.

Try it, PMB.

hmmm.....you can't reccomend Magu and your appointee ,DSS, connived with the senate to thwart the reccomendation without firing the fifthcolumnist DSS within 24hrs! Then who is ruling Nigeria? I ,like Aisha Buhari, didn't vote for Mamman Daura and won't vote for him in 2019 unless....

Recent events from the Red Chamber have shown clearly that, crooks are in charge. The decision of the Senate in connivance with DSS to reject Magu, the suspension of Ndume and the purported summon of Sagay are more than enough reasons for PMB to act as a C-in-C. As a matter of fact, this is the time for the President to take decisive measures to tame Saraki permanently. But alas, PMB is not the one ruling this country. It is now crystal clear, this government has been hijacked! Aisha was very correct.
Re: Time To End Senate Impunity – Falana On Ndume’s Suspension & Sagay’s Invitation by ceeethru(m): 3:30pm On Mar 30, 2017
It's an understatement to say Falana is stupid, if he can describe non confirmation of Magu & the 27, INEC REC as impunity by the Senate, what will he call Buhari's refusal to release Dasuki & Nnamdi Kanu, despite several Court orders both local & international? He also condemned d suspension of Ndume, where was he (Falana) when Abdulmumin Jubril was suspended from the house, he kept quiet cos d presidency is part of d suspension. Let him stop deceiving himself with been an activist lawyer, he's a pure politician what interest, that's all.

Trouble maker Prof Sagay made an irresponsible statement against the Senate...that one hates the Senate shouldn't make one lose thier sense of decency and descend to the gutters.....

If SGF have no case, why not simply appear and defend himself?

That is why the red chamber needs to put on its thinking cap and address the loopholes in the constitution and should stop chasing shadows up and down. For example, i dont think there is a law that prevents Magu from acting as chairman of EFCC indefinitely... These are things you address through law making etc..

I can see why most of the senators & congressmen in the USA have a degree in Law..

Mr. Falana is doing his own job perfectly well...

You've stated the fact. However, PMB's weakness is not due to old age. He has always been weak even as a military HOS. The likes of Saraki and Dino are fully aware that we currently have a slow and indecisive president. They can't try half of this bull***** with IBB orOBJ

For the last time Mr President, there's enough evidence to nail Saraki, arrest him now and save our democracy

Falana making empty and unrealistic promises all the time.

This crook of a Falana does this all the time in order to chop people's money. I remember how he deceived some gullible APC when he told them he was going to remove the immunity covering the governor of Ekiti state in the person of Ayo Fayose. After collecting huge monies from those gulible APC clowns, Falana just bolted and the case died a natural death.

On what charges are you going to arrest Saraki? Even with charges, his loyalists might not give up and as soon as u hit the rock u crash and these men will come for you and weaken your government.
Saraki is backed by Dogara at the lower Assembly.
The president dare not else his government will not stand well.
