I have thought deeply on how I can explain to the vo that I will be leaving Canada after my education without lying, but the only idea that came to me is for me to declare in a written document that I will leave at the end of my education and to notarize or swear an affidavit for it.

2 weeks ago he got a call from CIC via his official line nd all dey asked him was to confirm his official mail, now he is outta d country on vacation nd he said it seems he has received a mail to check is acct for an update on his visa app, pls guyz wat can he do to get his login details back.
He just needs to answer all his security questions.

@mcobex Good morning. You need to understand that the circular from CBN was clear as to the frequency of each limit. The circular clearly stated 15k usd or its equivalent per term/semester. Not 15k usd or its equivalent per year. So assuming you have 2 semesters in a year, that's 30k usd or its equivalent.

A simple letter of explanation in addition to the documents earlier mentioned will really suffice. I will be very surprised if the CBN comes out to issue any letter to an individual. It's important you politely draw the VO's attention to this through your simple letter of explanation. It's not as if you are saying anything wrong because you're being truthful. Such that if they decide to contact the CBN, they'll know that you are right. Plus the CBN website is there to verify the circulars. The commercial bank that issued you the letter can also be verified if they so desire.

Does the VO consider age and the date on my last degree for a successful APPLICATION? I applied for a graduate course in Centennial and it's seems promising.
Got my masters in 2011 and first degree in 2007.

Have read virtually all the post on this thread, I know i caused my delay, based on course mis-match (purpose of visit)... However, what is the chances of applying again if not immediately considering below factors:
1.Age above 30? 2.having visited camny twice, and other countries in recent times 3 Did a certification course in canny, in other to erase the issue of purpose of visit when filing in another application.

this is very serious... Do you have your tracking number? Did you go through paper route? Did you link your application online? Please share those important details let's know how to tackle such cases cos this is the 3rd I'm hearing of this week!
