Hi there,

Sorry for the late response. I have replied your email.

Just at a glance, your profile looks nice and I am really impressed that not only have you obtained an MSc in HRM but also you have maintained an active work position as an HR officer; this is certainly critical in proving career progress.

Moving on, You must be careful about your financial standing. Your sponsor must prove the relationship between you both. He/She Must present credible account statement showing excellent inflow and outflow of funds. AVOID SUDDEN LODGEMENT OF FUNDS !!

Make sure your SOP is short and simple.

Finally, Remember your application is incomplete without due permission of the almighty GOD; Indeed in him are we complete.

#this might be helpful to other applicants.

All the best in the pursuit.

Cheers and I do hope you enjoy this wonderful spring and summer !!

Please guys really need advice here.

Pstcozzy:
Greetings to the good ad intelligent people of this forum.
I am putting my documents together to apply for a student visa.
I need clarification as well as advice on the following.

1. What's the differences between the letter to the high commissioner and SOP, do I need to write the two, should they be addressed the same way?

2. I'm a bsc holder in ICT field, i applied for a masters degree but was unsuccessful at the end.
Then i applied and got admission to do
two professional program both in the same college In Toronto (Network System Administrator Prgm and the second is Child and Youth Service Program).
Both for d duration of one year.
Which of the two programs should I use to apply for the visa, I would have luv to change career, my reason for applying for the second prgm.

3. Does my sponsor ( my eldest bro) need to swear any affidavit to add to the sponsor letter he's giving me, cos I heard a friend of mine saying she submitted for hers?

4. Do I need to submit tax certificate or its just my sponsor that will submit his own?

5. I'm working in a private firm and I wasn't given any employment letter, how do I go about this cos I understand I'm to submit one and my boss pays by hand via envelope.

6. Please I need access to IMM 5257 Visa form and IMM 1294 Study permit form as I could not download them online. (You can request for my mail to send it to if you have it, thanks).

Please guys, I'm working towards next week Friday to submit my application.

Thanks.

your SOP should be visted. You need a strong worded SOP

What did you study in your HND, is it related to the course you are going for now. You need to show this in your SOP

How much do you have for your studies and upkeep. What is your Source of such income, it should be very convincing . Other Gurus in the house will add also

Instead of sending through email I think it's better I drop the link here for the benefit of all soo here is the linkhttps://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/2015/ccd/money%20laundering%20press%20release.pdf

The second link :https://www.cbn.gov.ng/out/2017/ccd/circular%20on%20new%20policy%20on%20pta%20school%20fees.pdf

Ok. Your reply is not to me. However, it caught my attention and I feel I am should tell you little I have read about. No personal experience.

Congrats on your PR once again. But does this quoted message of yours mean you won't attend your program again? If yes, I will advise you think twice, except you will later go for another program your heart truly desire.

Why? I have read that most PR candidate land in canada but do menial jobs, because their university degrees are unknown to Canadian employers. So, they work, with no restrictions, and study to get Canadian certs. After getting a canadian cert do they mostly get a reasonable job.

Since you have an admission and PR, I will advise you explore both with good plans, so you can get a good job soon.

Please note that all I said are best on my reading on the internet. No personal or relative experience. I have never left the shores of Nigeria. So, I may be wrong.

Hello good people, pls I need advice on the following issues....

(1)My wife is d applicant & I want to stand as her sponsor...

(2) My acc do have about 5m tunrover monthly, now I intend to lodge about 7m in d acc as closing balance before printing the statement .

(3)Is 7m closing balance strong enough to defend her ,as it has been indicted in her offer letter estimated cost for a section is 8,000CAD?

(4)Is it compulsory for her to also present her statement of acc ?

Thank you great people...

it was requested and he passed medical last year but was refused for insufficient fund , GSMC note stated that he lumped sum of money without origin

He re-fire and was sent medical mail and was told to provide new acceptance letter.

He went to IOM and he was give medical report ( not medical result ) to forward to them.

He forwarded the two the following day .

But VO said he didnt provide the required documents reason for the delay

I posted the above on Tuesday.

On the same day we sent a mail to Accra telling them that all document was sent to them since February and auto reply was sent to that effect .

We screen munch the auto reply and forward to them .

We made them realise that it is their fault because we complied to their request so it not justified to deny the visa on that ground

To God be the Glory they re-open the case and requested for new acceptance letter without medical mail again yesterday

What amazed was that they changed his Application number and was given 10days to provide new LOE.

It can only be God

It is risky to lodge me into the account , you will be denied on the account of insufficient fund

But if you have CAC certificate to back it up...

from my calculation her tuition fee plus living expenses should be around #4.3mil so she is good to go. secondly she needs to include her statement of account as well
