BullBearMkt...I must commend your technical analysis. An area I am investing more, especially for fx trade.
No sentiment attached...cos with sentiments you are bound to loose money at some point.
For TA it's always in the chart...if it says Sell it is Sell, Buy is a Buy no matter how unconvinced you are.

@BullBearMkt , Can u see am not the only one in this position...

@Cadillac15 Am in same position as u, same fbn..same jijo gone wrong. am in lose of 850k ...Since am not selling and ready to accumulate more below 5 naira..i have no worries.
My brother. Would not have considered selling but just when i least expect it, a good real estate deal came up and no alternative cash to run it.

Sorry to read about this. You didn't activate your stop loss and ignore your emotional attachment to the stock...This I have learnt to do though in a hard way. Since the loss position on the stock is huge, I will advise you sell part of DF and FBnh to reduce the loss impact on your portfolio...Yours truly almost fell into same trap but had to take minimal loss when I realize it wasn't going my way anymore...

@newbies, take this from me- No good investor will tell you stock he is about to buy except he doesn't have money to buy yet. He will only tell you after he has taken position. Also you get to know after he has sold, not when he is about to sell. Some even forget to tell you they have sold.

Thanks for this additional info...Since it's for a BETTER course with gigantic returns you may ignore the loss position. This is because you will recover it back and still make good money from the new investment.

I was in your shoe sometime in April when such real estate opportunity came up and had to sell most of stocks at a terrible loss...(dang cement, wapco, total, cont insurance, etc ) but today I am happy because if had allowed the opportunity to slip-by, I won't have forgiven myself...If I want to dispose the property now, I tell you it's going to fetch me x2 of my losses on those stocks...

...@mercylicious234 I want to take exception at your statement above. All my potential entry plans were posted here ahead of taking the trades. When I joined the forum, I even posted my exit points, but I later tot different people have different profit or loss targets, that is why I stopped given profit or loss target. My philosophy of life is that "the sky is too wide for birds to freely fly without hindering one another" - which may be different from your own perspective of things.

As posted earlier today on Dangote Sugar, if price comes to the highlighted area, on Monday or Tuesday this week, by His grace, I'll be in except my order is not triggered.

...deeply sorry to hear this! However, for any JIJO, you don't want to hold it for more than 2 to 3 days max. In my own case any JI trades that goes against me witnesses JO immediately. But for a short term plans, it can last for days or weeks.

Hope you keep records, so that it will happen not again. Cheers.

Thank you my brother, I cannot understand why some people will think that a good investor will not tell others when he wants to buy a seemignly good stock.
I have mentioned here some of the stock i intended to buy and i dont think that has in any way affected my profit.

I am with you on dangote sugar, I wonder why i didnt see it before. That result is too good to be ignored and one major attraction for me is the very low debt of the company. My last call will be to check the price of sugar at the international market and i just hope i will be able to get a good quantity of the stock at a good price.

@bullbear, you said potential, still in your radar. what that means is that you were not ready to buy yet. If it has met your price range, you will buy first before telling us you have bought. Some will also tell you what they plan to buy but their mind is not completely made up. They post it to get one or two inputs to make them form their positions.

Maybe I generalised so much. Let me rephrase- it is most and not all.

We better learn before someone comes here to tell you, you were not wise.

...not sure I understand you anymore. What you said before which I objected to is that, "No good investor will tell you stock he is about to buy". Saying that I am not ready to buy Dangote Sugar which I posted before market opens is not clear again.

In any case, generalising statement is a fallacy no matter the environment and thanks for the correction.

Calling me unwise for helping others will be happily accepted and I will keep that "unwise" thing till I'm able to help many people discover their potentials and start making money in the financial market.

@bullbearmkt, oh noo! I dont read and interprete his/her post to refer to you as 'unwise', though I think she's in best position to clear this.

You have been an asset to this forum and your selfless and un-selfish assistance is invaluable to some of us.

Please dont take it as an offence and dont be discouraged in doing what you have passion and goodwill for. God will reward you in due time.

One love brother! Life is too short to keep grudges. I have nothing against him and I didnt have fcmb but I so much detest waywardness. I believe that should also be a wake up call to die hard followers who embraces handouts hook, line and sinker.

Also appreciate the fact that majority of our invaluable members too came up to condemn the act. I hope he learn one or two things while we all learn one or two things from the happenings too. Gracias!

Pluto,

Do you find this acceptable (in accounting at least), that a company will not state, the tax paid in Q1-Q3 2016 and disclose such in full at FY2016?
I noticed this in NPF.

...Dangote Sugar! Dangote Sugar!! Dangote Sugar!!!
When I see Monthly getting overbought, Weekly overbought and Daily Overbought, it tells me there is still room for more rally.
Does it worth N20 or N22? I don't know. I will rather leave that to Mr Market to determine just that.

-Stock just close above highs formed in June this year
-Monthly, Weekly and Daily charts are bullish
-If price moves within highlighted areas in the next 1 or 2 days, a good buy signal else better to let rally continue and wait for pullback to value zone before buying again.

DANGOTE SUGAR - PLEASE KNOW YOUR RISK
Dangote sugar stock has been on impressive move since April/May this year with SP breaking its 2 year high in June. Last week, the SP similarly breaks above the June highs ending the week with a marubozu candle! Technically, this is an impressive close with an upside potential.

Before you invest your money into this stock, have you thought about your possible RISK and REWARD? What is the best price to buy the stock? What is the Risk - Reward ratio? Does it worth risking your money? With the publicity given to this stock, will smart monies not start dumping their holdings and cause the price to fall? These are some of the pertinent questions we need to ask before entering this trade.

Kindly know your best entry price into this stock and if price goes against you, the amount of money you are ready to loss. The chart below shows a potential profit and loss targets along with the R-R ratio for Dangote Sugar.

Happy Trading!
