Whether u used agent or not, you are responsible for it and will bear the consequences.
Fill the correct details about you in the US 160.
In the column asking if you tried to enter the US by misrepresentation before say yes and give details of all the fabu u filled.
During the interview, Call the VOs attention to that without waiting

My fellow christian brother, all you have said is true. God indeed forgives sins, but since He is not in charge of the US consulate, I’m not sure how we expect God to circumvent US law. We are quick to teach Christ’s forgivenesses, but we forget that nowhere does He say that exempts us from the earthly consequence of our indiscretions.

I know of someone who is just 22yrs and have never travel before and his is not married also and he got visa without much stress

He even said the VO told him that it unusual to issue visa to someone of his category cause he did not have any tie.....but since it as been approved by God

But we are talking about two entirely different scenarios right? The 22 year old you know did not lie that he had a wife, child and an uncle in the United States (a claim that can be easily verified)...

It seems you jumped into a conversation that you did not fully grasp.

It is true that I am not god, but there is no big secret to this God... His views on lying and deception are crystal clear. Perhaps you may want to stop treating the Bible as merely a fashion accessory and God as simply a fairy who is there to grant your every desire without requiring any responsibility to be Holy from you.

Planning to go on vacation/annual leave in October .
I'm 30, single and I work . Earn about 150k per month
Planning to spend my stay in US with my cousin and his family in Chicago .

These concerns .
- I listed him as a sponsor (since he would be responsible for my accommodation and feeding ). am i right to have done this ?
- he migrated to the US though school Bsc ,married and stayed back . I fear how he migrated might work against me .
- already filled my DS160 and submitted but I haven't made payment or booked any appointment . Do I need to write to the embassy still if I want to fill a new one and begin the application afresh ?

I think justwise is simply making the point that saying God is in charge of granting US visas does not pass the red face test. The earlier we stop using God as a fig leaf to excuse our complacency, predilection for fraud and desperation, the better. The OP didn’t seem to remember god the first three times he filed a fraudulent visa application. He only remembers god now because he’s trapped by his own lies.

I am only against you condemning the OP when God has not, but then he's only visiting, so why the "heck".....

What is this whole gist about God giving visas? I lived in the USA 18 years and just came back to Nigeria after obtaining my degree and working there. First time I applied for visa and praying and fasting, nothing happens, I kept getting rejected. One last time I tried not fasting and praying is the time visa was approved. Did God give me the visa or what you guys think?

First. Misrepresenters get visa. Yes. The reputation is harmed but we have read transcripts where finally folks who lied in the past got visas.

Second. I have learnt to never say never. I have been here long enough to see stuff I didn't expect. Take for example, the lady doing her masters without any apparent tie. I was surprised she got a visa.

Finally. It is my opinion that God controls everything.
However that is not an excuse to be indolent in research or misrepresent and expect a miracle. I believe that he who comes to equity must do so with clean hands.

Your purpose for going is weak but that may be offset by your strong travel history. Give it a shot... you never know.

I agree with you Lady G. God is Sovereign. He controls the affairs of men here on earth. He has also given us humans free will and will not intercept that freewill unless the actions of one is going to affect His Sovereign will. That been said, there are consequences for our actions. But there is also the mercy of God which God's children enjoy freely. God chooses to show mercy on whoever He wants to and He has the heart of kings in his hands including the Visa officers.

I am a living proof that God's mercies can make one not receive the punishment for wrong doing even if it was a deliberate act..I had an experience at the US embassy years ago and God's mercy showed up on my behalf and i did not receive the punishment of a ban after coming out clean and confessing my wrong in a fresh application.

Those of us who are God's children enjoy this benefit on a daily basis.

So those who are denied visas or who end up with lengthy bans are not “God’s children”? I’d be very interested in understanding what makes you most qualified to “enjoy this benefit” but not others.
