have you considered their OS vs the numbers he is talking about.
The man is good in selecting stocks that delivers above 100% on the go.
Better force him to mention the company for proper evaluations before diving in.......

no interest in Transcorp, @ currentprice still overvalue in my own opinion when looking at my bedsheet spreedsheet. based on Q3 fairvalued here is 79K... this doesn't mean it will not continuing moving up when other stock rally but those who buy value will not touch it.

grin

So this is what you use in loading your gambling cash to NSE.
When you are not causing erosion on the exchange, you are busy causing erosion elsewhere... grin

I just hope this result is not cooked. Anyway, let's enjoy while its last. Nigeria companies with voodoo financial reporting cheesy

Posting companies result on weekend dey get "K-Leg" sometimes lol (Joking)

The result is NOT cooked BUT it is helped by the N3.75Bn gain from sale of the Noddles segment.

The Flour Business is a very competitive business with Flour Mills as the market leader (I think). You can ride the wave but for the Long term, I will be careful. Dangote has not shown that he can excel in a competitive environment.

NSE ALL SHARE INDEX LEVEL FOR 30 NOVEMBER 2017

Last week was not bad for the index. Although there was a slight decrease compared with the previous week, gains by mid-cap/small cap stocks sustained the index from the fall.

This week is expected to be another good week, with demand coming into the market. The news of the fact that Nigerian stock are still in the MSCI index should impact the market positively.

On the closing note, with stocks like CI Leasing, Dangote Flour it is penalty time for people holding investments here. I am sure it will straight goal for profits.

Now with this MSCI news, now time to look for a good stock that will attract the attention of the foreign Fund Managers. Probably the banks may be the first to benefit and the likes of NBL, Guinness etc.

Caution: Investing is a risky venture. This is just my opinion and I cannot be liable for any loss suffered as a result of following this recommendation All data used are assumed to be correct, but you may need to verify some of the figures independently.

That is the likely scenario. On the long run will Dangote Flour be able to withstand the competition without government protection? Not likely.

No. Not when the competition is a local company like Flour mills, Honeywell mills etc . That said, I want to believe Dangote has learnt his lessons in the flour business that made him to sell off in the first instance.
