Sevis fee payment ($200) is separate from that of the visa appointment fee ($160 or N64g). You can book your visa appointment first but you need to pay the SEVIS fee at least 2 days in advance to the interview date (the payment takes about 48 hours to reflect online for the US embassy to verify, thus if it is paid late, say the day before the interview, then the embassy might not be able to verify the payment and they may have you return after the payment has reflected).

This not a good deal.... This program will cost you almost $5,000 for an 8 week program to learn English ...convert that in NAIRA and compared to how much it cost to write TOEFL ( Toefl can be written for 50k naira ) and prove that English is your first language.
