Did he touch THE NUMBERS...? grin

I just heard that FIDELITY is doing reconstruction of shares early next year.
what do you think will happen when you hear this type of news in a bank with good numbers(fidelity)?
NUMBERS and RECONSTRUCTIONS are not brothers at all.
Better run for your life when you hear reconstructions..........

Fidelity Bank is likely going to replicate the share price rally experienced between August 2012 to early 2013. They have an excellent structured plan on ground that will help them improve on their profit in subsequent quarters. Except for the normal end of year expenses which affects most companies 4th quarter result (which will not have significant effect on the bank's overall profit considering its Q3 result), its Q1 2018 profit will be higher than 2017. They also have a good dividend policy and have repurchased their maturing 2018 bond with the new bond maturing in 2022 hence they have no need for share reconstruction. N2...+ is feasible.

Please also do you Due Diligence before buying

Look at Loco's post again. The first statement is a scenario, that he painted.

The next statement is a question/challenge to anyone to tell how market will react to the first statement.

Third statement is his view on what to do when you hear that your favorite stock is going for reconstruction.

I thought you have resoning ability.
Conclusion of my post is any company that has a very good number but decide to embark on reconstructions must surely fall in (price) no matter the number.

I decided to use fidelity to make illustrations assuming such a bank with good number decide to embark on reconstructions early next year, poeple will begin to sell now because reconstructions is very bad.

EXPO 2018.

Due to the 1kobo rule that will soon commence me and my household will no longer play penny stock for the time being.

I'm secretly mopping one favorite Pa Emma stock that will soon replicate what Guinness did this year.

ARE DANGOTE SUGAR AND UNILEVER MAKING A COME-BACK?
Dangote Sugar seems to have found its support around 14.0 and with bulls taking charge in the last 2 trading days, it is an indication that Alhaji's Sugar will be a good addition to an investment portfolio at a good rate.

Unilever on the other hand is displaying accumulation as price is falling and the last 3 trading days have been impressive as the bulls are better of the bears. It's own support is at 34.20. A good entry price can add more green to a portfolio.

PLAN YOUR TRADES AND TRADE YOUR PLANS.
