Rather you should focus on teaching girls on how to accurately calculate their safe days and how to know their danger days. That as far as I'm concerned is the real stuff than saying sex during menstruation is safe, of course every grown up knows that.

Some women are irregular and ovulate multiple times so it's tricky

When the bible frowns as pre-marital sex. Trust me, that’s because many ladies bring harm upon themselves because of “am I pregnant”? “Omg, I might be pregnant”. Did the condom loose? Are we compromised. Babe check again, if the condom is dripping.
Plus Many girls don’t stops enjoying sex as soon as it’s over because fear take control and guilt too plus the thought of OMG, I don’t want to do abortion.

This is not true in all cases.

There very nice apps and are better than human calculation. These apps use machine learning algorithms to give one a better prediction of safe vs unsafe periods.

They require constant input from you e.g. about your cycle, when did you first saw mucus, when did the menses start, when did it end, etc...to perfect the app you have to enter these info month to month and over a period of that.

both of us are saying the thing, you are the one feeding the app, so if you feed it wrongly what will you get?? at the end, you must know it yourself

I want to show you how you can chart your menstrual period and stop always getting trapped in surprise by unwanted pregnancies.

There are two fertile periods in every of your monthly menstrual cycle. By fertile periods I mean the times you are likely to be pregnant if you go intimately with a man.

These fertile periods are :

During the middle of the menstrual period
During your natal lunar phase fertile time (probable)


How to chart your Period and avoid Pregnancy

Check this diagram and note the mid menstrual period. Your fertile times are days 11-15 assuming your periods are coming on a 28 day cycle. We understand that menstrual period is individualistic, but 28 days seems to be a more working template.

However check the diagram below to know your possible fertile times if you are not seeing your own on a 28 days basis.

The menstrual cycle can be as short as 25 days and as long as 35 days. For a safer approach add +/-3days to each of the ovulation times to get your fertile period. Note: The ovulation day you are seeing is another name for the fertile period, so when we say fertile period we are actually talking about the ovulation day.

For example:

If your own menstrual cycle is lasting for 25 days, your fertile period is 11+/-3 which is from 8-14 day. This time is very critical for you. If you follow it with caution and high level of suspicion, you will less likely fall a victim of unwanted pregnancy.
