naa I don't believe you are depressed You are experiencing a period of grief, depression is a more serious medical condition. Depression can be caused by a sustained period of grief. if you don't deal with your grief, it might lead to depression I will suggest you stop thinking about the challenging situation(s) that have brought the grief Remember A challenge is an opportunity to do something differently or an opportunity to challenge yourself in another way. Sometimes you need time to reflect on your life, do some evaluation, delete people, add others, change positions.... I won't call it depression. Its OK to be sad. Sometimes. Nigeria is a hell hole! ChiefPiiko I was depressed few days ago. So depressed that i fell ill and had to see a doctor. I was heartbroken, pained and felt so so sad. But i had to take a decision. And thats the advice i wanna give to ya. Make that decision to be happy. Take yourself out. Give that beggar some few change and probably discuss with them Help that stranger with something they need Just make others happy and you'll see yourself feeling good The happiness we seek lies in our hands 3 Likes 2 Shares |
