Buhari keeps making really silly statements!!! So what if a region gives you 198,000 votes. What does the number of votes have to do with ministerial appointments. What does number of votes even have to do with national development. This is still in line with his earlier statement of regions who gave 5% of votes not having to expect the same level of development with those that have 97% of votes. Till we have a leader with a national vision and not a bigoted, tribalistic, nepotism minded, narrow minded, senile individual as president then we can really progress
