yes. you risk having your student visa refused. applying for pr shows the officer you intend to remain in Canada. they might feel that if your pr application is refused and you are granted a student visa you might be willing to remain illegally. #my2cents

Actually and in contrary, there is a provision in the Immigration and Refugees protection Act and regulation that provides for a dual intent which mentions that
"An intention by a foreign national to become a permanent resident does not preclude them from becoming a temporary resident if the officer is satisfied that they will leave Canada by the end of the period authorized for their stay.”

Which in other words means, they can apply for both categories of temporary(study,work,visit)and permanent residence simultaneously. The caveat however is that the applicant MUST meet the requirements of each application with that of the study(temp residence) being a satisfiable reason for an officer to believe the applicant would depart Canada at the end of the stay irrespective of the application for permanent residence(Home ties, Business, employment and other strong assets at home will suffice greatly in this case). This is just the main thing when considering both applications simultaneously.

For the ADR I got, I was asked for additional proof of employment for myself employed work. The requested for contract documents, photos, tax returns etc. I was also asked to provide detailed explanation why a certain company was always depositing money into my account. Some few months back, @boss13 wrote extensively here about what documents you should submit before for your proof of employment.. I mocked him, I was asked for those documents exactly has he said it. I am sorry for my actions. Please go through his TL for those documents. London is not a joke. The trauma is intense. I am on different whatsapp group and the agitations are very intense. Try your best to submit those documents. Documents I submitted for my self employed work includes contracts, cac document, lirs tax card, ID cards, call cards, bank statement highlighting payments for the contracts I submitted, screen shots of official emails, practice licence, receipts and invoices

I have been at this journey since 2015. If you go to the first thread, first few pages, you will find me there. It has been a surreal experience but I thank God it ended in praises. I wish you all the best of luck

IQAS will evaluate transcript sent to them by your school whether DOB or not. Stop panicking for nothing. They are not evaluating your DOB but your results.

The hospital and community practice(s) are similar in job description but the NYSC is different .....so can I use the three? And if Yes,pls for that NYSC, will my certificate suffice or I need to go to my PPA for reference letter?

Hello fellow pharmacist ,
Yes you can claim for internship. For the NYSC role you can also claim points, however because your role was as a lecturer, i doubt if you can claim points as a pharmacist but should be able to do so if you can combine NOC's (think some people here have done that successfully) and of course you can claim points with community pharmacy experience. Check the pharmacists NOC job description for further clarifiction

All I did this morning was print and fill out the form from WES, sent it as an email attachment to the Registry office in my former Uni, got response within 15mins, transcript has already been picked up by courier service and on its way to WES (the school emailed back to inform me).
I am sure all diffrent departmental contacts will be on the 'Contact us@ page of the school's website.
I am sure it is the same process for online Masters, after all na the same certificate classroom based people collect
