My Take On The Story
There is all possibility that Soma and Crystal will eventually end at each other's arm, perhaps. And if not, Oba and Crystal will surely move on. Oba could have been said to betray brotherhood if not because Crystal already made up her mind to give chance to another man. And Oba being an 'intelligent' person, he should realise that coming for Crystal in a moment like this might be dangerous since there is a man, he knows, is contending to have Crystal - Soma. Oba (if the woman he was talking about is truly Crystal) could have take it easy and should allow the wandering clouds to vanish before taking such step.
Anyway, Soma is a man enough to let go finally the burden of love he had bore in his heart for such a long time. He is not a boy.

If there be anyone passing through such situation like Soma, may God give you grace to let go

sometimes in our daily life, no matter how much we try in getting something, it doesn't mean we are going to get it in the end, maybe God do that on purpose, so that way we will continue to work hard until we get the best, i think soma should let crystal go because one the greatest misfortune is to love someone who will not love you in return. i know it is hard but soma should let crystal go, maybe they are not meant to be together so he should not force it. and for oba, he should follow his heart if that is where he think he can get happiness he should go for that because there is this saying that says " dont be afraid of what you choose, the moment you loose yourself in fear then you will loose everything".
