I can only advice you to continue what you are doing i.e continue to avoid his chats and every advances on fb till you get whatever you ordered through him.

If he confronts you before delivery the goods or use your attention as a bargaining chip before delivering your goods, which is highly expected.

Simply tell him that you've been busy or you're too busy at the moment and you will love to have the conversation with him at other times
