there are girls that enjoys blaming others 4 their problems, same with some guys. but d things d op stated are plain truths, I am a witness to a lot of them. I get angry wen guys call all girls bitches, my dad was terrible, treated us badly, today he is dead and we just have to 4give yet we haven't called all men bastards. I've seen men do worse yet still believe we have good men. guys should learn to blame d perpetuator of a crime and stop calling all women names, its a disgrace to d females in their house
Maybe!!!

What about you coming out as a female that you are and never have to disguise as a male? That aside OP, we world is created and designed in an orderly manner and most things that wants to equate women to men if done would cause a lot of imbalance. N. B:this isnt an approval that women are less human or should be treated as such. Just know your place abd act accordingly. My 1kobo tho
Your 1 kobo is very bad. I only pity the females in your sphere of influence. Unfortunately for you, women of this generation are not archaic and we will not allow male chauvinists like you to determine our future. The world will remain inbalanced until both genders learn to respect each other.

if u treat Nigeria woman well, den will call u mumu
if u treat dem bad, people will blame u.
JUST TREAT THEM THE YOU SEE THEM
you do not need outside opinion to determine your self worth. Your post shows that a good percentage of males live by pack mentality. How can you head a home if you cannot uphold good and right principles without needing the approval of friends and acquaintances? It is well with our men.

I quite understand your point dear. My own point is that women should learn to do away with victim mentality. All the things the OP listed (of which most are valid) will not change the way the people in our society act and behave. These beliefs and values have been passed down from generation to generation on the basis of religion, ethnicity and our values as a people. I don't believe this will change any time soon.

My point is, how does this stop a woman from achieving her full potential? IT DOESN'T! She can still go to school, graduate, make her own money and be the change she wishes to see within her circle of influence. This whole thing of bemoaning how women have it bad and men have it good is quite tiring because quite frankly life is kicking all our asses both men and women.

Ever wondered why men die quicker? It's hard on both sides.

Just wanna engage in a simple discourse o, no insults if you can manage that lol

Nigerian gals are the clients and customers of the Olosho gals.., Abi na?

Hypocrisy of the highest order...

I pity girls of my generation sha, they've already redefined themselves as object for sexual satisfaction alone
if you don't have laptop you will be disgraced openly as though its the essential requirement for dating
probably that's the caliber of women you have been meeting. I have met women who are so advanced that I wonder if present day Nigerian men can keep up with them!

If you present yourself as TRASH you will be treated as one, SELF-ESTEEM matters Ladies always know you are a unique creature and you deserve nothing less than what you are. Also put effort in developing yourself don't be a liability in relationships, a wise woman builds her home according to the book of proverbs
In all honesty, many will recite this, but will be lazy to work toward this.
I don't know why some ladies feel it is okay to be inferior, or okay not to know better than a man....... really, I don't get.

you are so on point. As much as I recognise the challenges facing our women in this country and in this world, I believe the best way to fight the darkness of ignorance is to shine the light of knowledge. I intend to be a woman well admired by the coming generation and to leave the world better than I met it.

I believe I am born into the world at a time like this to first live free of stereotypes then teach others how to.
