Your body has to get rid of the excess sperm it produces. If it doesn't get out of your body somehow, it increases your risk of developing prostate cancer. So either you let it keep coming out naturally as "wet dreams", you have more sex, or just masturbate. There's nothing spiritual here. And its not something "bad" you should want to "cure" because your body is actually saving your life.
