There should have been a knee jerk reaction ooooo

I talked to my friend Bob Zoellner several times a day, and he taught me how to analyze market action. For example, when the market gets good news and goes down, it means the market is very weak; when it gets bad news and goes up, it means the market is healthy."

@Mcy56, I have a serious issue. Do you know of any good psychiatrist hospital around where this fool called veecee live? His frequent mention of the word 'hell' speaks to questions about his sanity. He seems doomed as those who will forever remain doomed in his hell. Arrant nonsense. You ask him now about hell, he will have no reasonable thing to say other than those who drink Nigerian Breweries products will not make heaven. Armegeddon awaits all false prophets unless they repent.

Present Sir.

Was disappointed at the lack of dividend as promised by the directors but I still have belief in the stock. I own substantial shares and will still be buying more given their prospect, 2017 financial performance and clarity on the treatment of the debt note.

Part of the terms of the debt note bought by Abraaj was that interest on the Debt note will be equivalent to the dividend paid to ordinary share holders which I guess is the reason dividends were skipped. The company must have been conserving cash to retire the debt note.

They should wait let me sell zenith and get one of them against their Q1 result especially fcmb.

Some men have already cast their tent in fcmb based on the q4 2017 result. We might be right or wrong though.

Welcome sir but not sure it was this username though.

They are cowboys. They will not pay Abraaj dividend and they are trying to block them from converting to shares. Guess the reconstruction was to reduce the number of shares that would have accrued to Abraaj. Some high level boardroom manouvering ongoing.

I believe in the company potentials but doubt the sincerity of the management.

I am expecting a better Q1 2018 report from Japaul oil.If the result will be poor, the loss will reduce drastically.I remember how dangote flour recovery started. The journey to posting results and PAT in billions has started.pls no quote me wrongly o.I am not in any way monkey hunting.Just saying what I discovered after careful examinations.

The probability of right is high my bro. Fcmb is better based on their latest report compare to the fidelity Q3 annualised plus delay result.

Note: I have no fcmb or fidelity in my portfolio

Are you comparing Ja Paul with DF Don't think DF had NEGATIVE retained earnings. Making a loss and having negative retained earnings are not the same thing ooo. To make matters worse, AUDITORS are saying that they are not sure that JaPaul will continue to exist as a company! That is the meaning of uncertainty around going concern.

NB: One can still make 1000% ooo.

The truth is that the market doesn't really reflect some magical perfect valuation of a stock under an efficient market hypothesis.
it rather reflects the mass consensus of how actual individual investors value a stock. ...It is the sum total of everyone's hope as against their fears.
-M.E THOMAS

On the part of the quote in bold, I personally believe that the difference between an Investors hope and their fear can only translate to success if 1st they have a WORKABLE STRATEGY in place, and next they know when to implore PATIENCE to allow for TIME to bring about the needed success.
...for TIME is usually the currency that hard work uses to purchase success.

My rule in Nigeria stock market is: Invest in a fundamentally sound company whose PAT Q/Q result and EPS is enticing.

Enter at a very good price, follow up on any news concerning the company, exercise patience, sit back on my couch and watch the magic... wink

I doubt this. I listened to the call Conference of both banks after the release of their Q4. You cannot but be impressed by the way Gtbank clearly outlined their direction for 2018.

One other thing i observed was that the CEO, Segun, answered all the question be it Strategy, Finance, Risk Management etc. Other CEOs usually refer such questions to their CFO or CRO and act as quasi-moderators. To me it demonstrated that the guy has a grip on every facet of the business and understand the business and revenue flows.

Has the auditors of oando said any good thing about the company yet people are making cool money from the stock.
Whether you believe or not,Japaul will give people cool cash despite any negative news.I am here to make my own cash and put speed on my feet.Na me go come run the company for them?Na those milo people go carry the kaya for head.
