Just pure intuition! What do I know.
It's like a tradition that when a stock is on upward movement and it gets to major price junction, the bus will pack there for some times, either to now continue the journey upwards or downwards.
See the case of Skye bank; when it gets to N1, moving on was a bit of a problem. So also others.
