Thank you @yoyolagos I haven't gotten any interview information regarding my second choice. However, Mechatronics is what I really intend to study. What are the requirements to meet in order to get a refund?

Its like a first in model....if someone who gets a waiver rejects it later on and you are the next in the rank, then you get it....the rank is based on admission score....

Yes you can work and pay your bills but the best advise I can give you is to come with 2-3months tuition fee if it's a school that accept monthly payment like TLU. This would safe you the threat of being ex-matriculated while you await your trp. Note (I used ex-matriculated because that's the threatening mail they've being sending to people that default paying tuition .
