Kanoborn:If the father of your unborn baby is an American citizen, then there’s no need to travel all the way to the US to deliver. The baby will be a US citizen regardless of where the baby is born. Your pending I-130 might make it hard to get a non-immigrant visa cos they might think y’all just want to go wait out your pending I-130 in the US. All the best. 1 Like |

For businesses pple: if u have a good business for years, tell them how much u receive monthly and yearly in yr business (let the money make sense bc what this USA pple want is money) u are coming to their country to spend money. Then the number of staffs u have, how much u pay them. Make sure that u go with personal account not only the business account ( But atimes they d'nt check it) what counts in y business is the years the business av bin running. quote author=Joeblackdedon post=67334865]thanks so much, please can you throw more light on business people.
1 Like 1 Share |

bitcoinmilliona: U can only tell them if u were asked. If u were not ask just keep quiet. Moreso they d'nt ask for other countries denial in the DS-160 form, what they only ask is if u av been denied visa for USA , then u state it for them. I have been previously denied UK visa 2011 and 2012 but USA pple no ask me if I was denied visa for any country in my DS-160. My colleague was denial visa for UK in 2015 and she quickly applied for USA with her daughter and she was given that year despite UK stamp the refusal in her passport, she was still given. Ps if I may ask did Canada stamp refusal in y passport? The VO can only see the refusal when he check y passport , that was why I asked if Canada stamp refusal for y passport? USA d'nt stamp sha, but I know that UK stamp. However the VO only check y passport as soon as soon as u get to him or when he ask u if u av travelled before, if u say yes, then he check the new and old passport. At the beginning when he ask for y passport, he might not check it. While they request for y passport at 1st is to enable them check y confirmation code to retrieve y D-160 application. During y check in to the embassy, they will stamp y confirmation code on y passport, so that is why they ask for y passport as soon as u get to Vo. They d'nt even look at y confirmation print out. Only the confirmation stamp on y passport. No need to tell the VO, except he sees it and ask. Just be calm and focus more on your USA interview and make sure u really fill the form well and work on y work details very well. They are more concern on y work, y years of expeience, duties and y salary. If u have any other issue u can ask or mail me. I will be glad to put u through everything because I will not like anybody to make silly mistake and y hard earn money goes like that. It is just silly mistakes and lack of knowledge that made most of us get visa denial. 2 Likes 3 Shares |

damilola1978: No!! The next available date for Lagos is September while for Abuja is July. U can only get early dates if it is emergency. But the emergency have to be something that is really serious. Not for vacation . Expect for medical issue, resumption of skols or any other pressing issues. However u can keep checking every night to know if somebody will cancel, then u grab it but it is not always easy. During my own time someone said I should pay her to enable her get date for me but I was not ready to spend 12k that she was demanding rather I picked the next available date and waited for almost one month |

Re: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by sihamey: 7:52am On May 07, 2018 |
bitcoinmilliona: Yes they will know without you telling them because they share link with Canada. No refusa stamp on passport for Canada refusal. For other countries they can only know if the refusal stamp is on your passport or you telling them, |

Hi please I need someone to help me. Submitted my passport with my mum via drop box on the 13th of April. My mum has gotten her passport with the US visa stamped on it over a week now. Mine hasn't gotten to me. It has been on administrative processing for over 3weeks now. This is my 3rd time of doing the drop box method and it has never taken this long. Has anyone ever experienced this. I need answers please. Thanks |

Weather they know or not let him concetrate on his USA interview. It is not a crime to be rejected in another country expect u av any criminal records. The link I know USA and Canada share is link in border. For example if u commit crime or deported in Canada and u apply to USA, u will be cut at port of entry. For me I think they share link only on port of entry not in issuing visa. Expect the only way they might know is when u go for y biometric, but biometric is only use to check y passport and other crime. Yes they will know without you telling them because they share link with Canada. No refusa stamp on passport for Canada refusal. For other countries they can only know if the refusal stamp is on your passport or you telling them,
|

They also share visa link I am talking with experince in case they ask you if you have apply or denial Canada visa tell them the truth because they a ready know. if your information on Canada visa application is different from your US visa application they will also know and this is also factor for U.S. visa refusal. Someone was ask if he applied for Canada visa during U.S. visa interview he said no while he did and the VO told him that he lied. So how did he know? monchat: 3 Likes |

sihamey: Untrue The only way they would know that person had applied for Canada visa is if they had contact the Canadian consulate to inquire. Otherwise, the US doesn't have access to any other country database. 2 Likes |

TheCongo2: Are you saying that they might have contacted the Canada embassy before or during they guy US interview to know he has applied for Canada before them? This info was share here when you read this thread all you will see it, meanwhile I'm not saying if you were denied Canada it will affect your US visa but it might affect it only when you give different info on both applications definitely U.S. embassy will lnow during your intervew. I also discovered it during my last US intervew the VO will not tell you but will work with the info and you will not know. we are here to learn 2 Likes |

jj17cv: That is excactly what I am saying. The US and Canada don't have access to one another database. I have seen the US immigration calling the Canadian border service to inquire about a traveller at the US-Canada border. This is what the sharing of info is about between the 2 countries. They may call to ask on a specific application. If the US has access to Canada database, they didn't have to call the Canadian border services. 1 Like 1 Share |

Eugeneuchenna: The gurus are the agents. Feel free to ask them any question and then you will file your application by yourself. However, if you go through the entire thread, you won't have any question to ask by the time you are done reading. Everything has already been covered. 2 Likes |

sihamey:I agree with you as regards database access. Points from the US-CANADA information sharing agreement: 1.EMPHASIZING that it is critically important to have timely access to current and accurate Information to inform inadmissibility assessments or other immigration-related determinations that are vital to their common security. 2. The Parties shall provide each other with Query access to the data described in the non-legally binding implementing arrangements. Now query access could mean sending a mail or calling to get information. It could also mean having a certain basic level of access to each others database. Does the latter definition make sense and is it justifiable? Yes. They share a border and this can really help in terms of security for both countries as they both have timely access to information. 2 Likes |

Hello house I want to visit USA in August and need guidance on how to apply for the visa. 1. Please how do I apply for a visitors/tourist visa to USA? What's the website? 2. Should I pay the visa fee online or physically at the bank? 3. Should i pay the visa fee first before applying for visa and how do I schedule for appointment? 4. Should my wife and daughter write letter of support to say that we are visiting USA for 2 weeks and will return to the UK immediately after our visit? My wife, daughter, friends and my inlaws writes this kind of letter each time am applying for UK visa. 5. Please someone should give me step by step guide please. Let me give brief info about my situation. I am married with a daughter. My wife is white British and lives in UK with my 12 years old daughter. They will easily get their visa from the American embassy in London while i process mine from Nigeria. The plan is i will join them in UK so we travel to USA from London. HOW WE MET We met online and married at Ikeja marriage registry. I applied for UK settlement visa which was declined but i applied years after my financial circumstances improved so i was granted visa so i visit UK WHENEVER i want. I presently have 5 years UK visa which was issued last 2 month's. Everyone asks why can't i join my family and live permanently in uk? Well when I wasn't making much money in Nigeria i wanted to move to UK but I now have lots of businesses in Nigeria so i can't abandon my businesses. My wife have agreed to move to Nigeria permanently within few years after we payoff our mortgage. She understands that i love Nigeria too much and is also aware that i prefer to live here so i can create jobs for my people. Initially she was upset but i stood my ground and convinced her, she also understands that there are more opportunities in making serious money here. My wife and daughter visited me in Nigeria last Christmas and I visit them at least once yearly. WHERE WE WILL VISIT IN USA 1. NYC 3 NIGHTS (grand zero, Empire State building, ) 2. My aunt's house in NJ 4 nights 3. Arizona 3 nights (GrandCanyon etc) MY TRAVEL HISTORY I import alot of goods into Nigeria and Ghana and within the last 3 years i have visisted Turkey, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, UK, Ghana, Dubai, India, Gambia etc. Thanks for your anticipated cooperation. 1 Like |

Well it really depends on your purpose of visiting the US. Is it for an academic conference to present a paper or just sight seeing? Who is sponsoring your visit to the US? Do you have an invitation, if it is for a conference? Who is paying for your study in the UK? How much is your monthly stipend in the UK? Are you returning to Nigeria after studying in the UK? Which other country have you traveled to in the last 5 years? These are some of the questions that might come up. abnot: |

Good day great house. I have gone through to read the thread from part 1 but I still have some Qs that need to be answered. 1. I met this American lady online we are now into each other and want to help me apply for a visit visa to come see her. She want to apply and pay for the visa stuff online so that I won't pay a dime. Is it okay for her to do it?because I read that we should pay with GTB stuff 2. My passport is a virgin passport, what is my change is getting the visa with such passport? 3. I m 29 and my monthly take home is #67,500. If I am to use my statement of account is it enough to grant me entry? Or should she use her statement and supporting documents? and 4. Will be granted a visa if I tell the VO that I m going to see someone I have never met before and do you think this won't ruin my chance? Because in part one someone was advised to change from visit to conference because the proposed sponsor is an American and they don't have any ties. Please I need tour sincere and humble response, thank you |
