I hate discussing medicine with dunce. But yes Candida is a normal Commensal in the human gut or vagina. Immunosuppression, antibiotics etc, could cause and overgrowth and then symptoms. This is the last time I will actually tutor u. And I hope this helps.

This is not a office. I don't except someone to mutter expletives and for us to keep quiet. Like a dude who kept saying Candida is not a normal comensal, and saying I am a disgrace. This is social media and such a person has to be answered very appropriately.

Yes everyone agrees that the major client in the hospital is the Patient. But the person that sets everyother allied staff to motion is the Doctor. He tells the scientists what investigations to do, tells the nurses how frequently to dress a wound, books a patient for surgery and performs it, if not the theatre staffs with all their equipments are redundant. He writes down drugs to be diapensed and order for physical therapy. If the patient doesn't get better he runs back to the Doctor to complain about the outcome.

Doctors are managers, at it's part of our MBBS training, and a very core part at that. That's why Doctors don't lie during strike or constitute thugs around hospital facilities during industrial actions. We know what true leadership entail, and deal with utmost sincerity and integrity. Not the lying Biobelemoye who claimed house officers earn above 300k, and is still fighting for leadership.
