hello peeps, my whatsapp keeps crashing

always displaying whatsapp error especially after using the phone for a while

It will request me to restore chats and if I click restore it restore all my chats only to the last back up
so if my phone backs up in the morning and it crashes at nite, I lose all my chats for the day except the ones in the morning

and it happens everyday

I'm going to download a stock firmware tonight but I don't know if it gonna work cos i don't remeber my phone's build number(but it ends with 141 sha smiley).. Anyone knows how to fix this?? download supervpn and run it before using play store

I just got this Infinix hot 5 on Saturday. The volume of the music changes automatically, whenever I use the earplug.

Remove the back cover n check info wrtin on d battery. Or down part close to the button.
