Like the VO always emphasize,the visa isn't a game of chance,there are requirements you may have to meet to qualify.Based on my experience,you'll have to honestly demonstrate how you're able to finance your trip since you currently do not have a job.Also whoever is sponsoring the trip must demonstrate how it makes sense to send you on a short visit in an expensive country so.Furthermore what are your ties here in Nigeria that will ensure that you come back to Nigeria after your short visit in the U.S.Just be honest and open and be ready to defend whatever is in your application

I was at the US embassy today,with my two children and our b1/b2 visas were approved.

I felt should give back to this forum because your reviews here has been helpful and it assissted me in my Preparations.

She wants to visit the US with her mom and 3 siblings but shes married. Can she apply with them as a family?

Yes! They only brought out dates in October, Dates in Nov and Dec respectively.

I don't get this. Legal Immigration to Canada is not eloping.

Pls, I would like to consult this great forum on this issue.
1. Of course, I know I can get visa for first attempt without a travel history, but however, I don't know my chances of getting the visa if I apply without my wife and kids(3kids) because of financial strength... I am a married businessman with a monthly take home of average 250k per month which is my gain. But I want to set the ground running first before I will bring in my family along with me over there, which my wife is consented in.

Note: I ask this question because I read somewhere here where a married couple of 4 kids were denied visa because they did not take along 3 of their kids.
Pls am applying for tourist visa

No sir I don't do sarcasm when serious matters are being discussed ( like yours) . whatever your faith is, be very very strong in it. if you tell the truth during your intreview and talk to the VO "man to man" he will be touched and just give you guys.
