sister just accept the taste and enjoy grin its actually medicinal.

You can try crayfish? Or add more thickener like egusi, cocoyam, ogbono. Whatever it is you used in making the soup, basically you need to make more soup.

Someone else might have a better idea.

I usually taste my bitter leaf before adding, so never had a case of too bitter soup.

I don't know what you used in cooking the soup, or if heat would destroy the nutrients, but what I usually do when I discover I mistaken cook 'too bitter' bitterleaf soup is to let it cook for much longer. More heat kills the bitterness. Not advisable tho, if other heat destructible nutrients or ingredients are present in the soup.

I usually don't mind a little bitterness but this one is too much, I tasted it and it seemed all right I don't know what happened. I guess I'll just have to make more soup and then mix.
