I have worked 6 out of 7 days the whole month of August. Not by my power of course.

The only thing any “God” can give me is STRENGTH! Not LAZINESS to sleep in a church!

And I dispute your claim that the Bible belt is the "worst part of America". To me, the least prosperous part of the country includes parts of the Appalachian region(West Virginia and Kentucky). And neither one of those two states is part of the bible belt.

In fact, history has shown that religion (Christianity to be specific) brings prosperity to any nation. At the height of her power, in the 18th and early 19th centuries, the Great Britain was the most religious country in the world. They were sending Christian missionaries all over the world.

when u use all your time to stay in church than to work, don't blame God for your poverty. u can hardly find the rich, working class or business people attending weekday service. only the lazy and idle ones u will see as regulars. even God demands that you work and rest just once a week. no food for a lazy man is not a riddle. it is applicable to all humans, Christians and non Christians.

The main challenge is our short cut mentality. God wants to gives us wisdom to do things and not give us things to use directly. After kicking man out a the garden of eden He mandated us to work and not to pray to Him for the needs to be provided by Him directly.

Thank God that we pray in Nigeria. We may not have money but Nigerians are happy.

The woman needs prayers - she has suffered a culture shock and now wants to live like an English in Nigeria. If she abandons her friends in church, she will be preparing for shame, when the day of her needs come. I dont pray she suffers any wrong though.

Where she travelled to they did not tell her the woeful misery old people go through, and how some even die of cold at home and their closest neighbours wont even know.

You don't know me Mr and don't spill your ignorance here. I live, work and undergoing phd studies in one of the best school in Europe. I don't want to start comparing my achievement with yours because there is none in the first place but I can assure you I hold my faith in God very high than your so called grind. I am a living testimony of God's blessing through Christ. Muslims abound here doing very well but you can see that dedication they have to their own faith despite their successes. Is only misguided Christians who were brought up in the biblical that will come here and all of a sudden forget what they believe in. A faithless soul is a hopeless one.
