Please my play store isn't responding I have cleared data and cache still not responding

GUYS, I HAVE AN ISSUE . MY UP VOLUME BUTTON STOPPED RESPONDING AND I DID RESTART MY PHONE SO THINKING IT COULD GET BACK TO NORMAL. BUT UNFORTUNATELY, THE PHONE GOT STUCK AT RECOVERY MODE. KEPT SHOWING "NO COMMAND" WHAT COULD HAVE HAPPENED dragnet, pelumiv, hayprof, Gsmxpert, aieromon, engrhamid,
otikpoko, thom4pal, puskin . Kindly be informed that the volume was working fine before. I reduced the volume because i wanted to play game. Now it wont come up again. .

My nokia dual sim phone fell on saturday. Since then, whenever I plug it to charge, it indicates charging but does not charge. That is, the bar does not increase.
Any way out? It's almost dead pls

The wasap app on my phone got uninstalled for some reason. The one I later got from Google play has a lot of adverts that makes my phone slow down . and it takes a lot of time in responding. Sometimes the phone hangs for some 30 secs or more.
What should I do ?
please where can I get wasap app that will not contain adverts that will affect my use of the phone.

Also if I want to install a new wasap app am I going to uninstall the current one before I can install the new one or I can install the new one to overide the previous one because I don't want to loose some of my messages and info .?

I suggest you get it network unlocked instead. The difference with using r-sim or chips is that you'll have high chances of buying another one once a major iOS update is needed/isntalled. How do I do the back up. ?

Once I finish download and I should install won't it ask me that one wasapp is already existing.

Also sfter the download how do I transfer my contents of messages from the current wasapp to the newly downloaded wasap app.

Or better still you can help me itemise the steps to follow.
I am doing all these so that I won't loose my information/ contents.
