Buhari attended and graduated from the US Army war college because the Nigerian government sent him there as a 'quota officer'. He was not qualified in any way except by tribe. There were others like him (Abacha and Useni come to mind). These sorts of people eventually rose to high office and destroyed Nigeria. That is the only true and logical explanation.

The topic isn't misleading. In the letter, it said no credentials were required to be submitted prior 2000, which means Buhari was admitted, no doubt but he got without credentials as they were not required.

This brings us back to the fact that Buhari has no certificate. He wouldn't have been able to get in if credentials were required.
