oluomoadebayo:You didn't answer the questions. But its cool I won't use an APBT. Like I said, its too typical. I'd use the Rott instead. You ever heard of Khan? You must have 2 Likes |

OtyandTheFangs: I love to see things with my own eyes and I wouldn’t mind the APBT or Rottweiler, I can handle any bite. |

Lemme help with a brief summary.. The main reason behind Maligator been used by the force is simply b/c it's a dog which is top notch at its own strengths(athletic body, speed, intelligence, controllable prey drive, its coat, etc)and also it can perform on a average other important duties(sniffling, tracking, etc) needed by the force. So the question here is that why will I go for a dog which can carry out the duties with an head start of 20 over other dogs which cant match it's overall performance for a force duty. The edge of the mall over gsd is health. Note: a well bred APBT has no human aggression so if you think of using it as a guard dog don't be surprised wen ur APBT disappoints you. All dogs have their purpose! this is one thing you cant take away. You can however make an effort through training, but it won't be as good as one bred for such purpose. The Maligator has over the years been bred to ensure they can carry out the task force easily And the breeders are still breeding up. Now to those of you using size to compare dog fight.....I laff u A gamebred APBT will take down your cauc or kangal Will try to look for and upload a video btw kangal and APBT you will see how your kangal jumped box |

abbeg:I agree with ur special troop analysis, they are used when precision nd effectiveness is utmost priority |

welzyj2:Note: because you watched one APBT video that the pitbull won doesn't mean it always wins...you don't know if that particular kangal was not trained to fight but the Pitt was I've watched videos of caucs, kangals, wolves killing Pitts Eg this is a pic of a boerbel killing a Pitt.

IamAnderson:Are we still talking about a better guard dog or a dog fight? Cos I can remember in my earlier post, wit "max" as a ref, I said, "if it were a show of strength, the rotts will devour d mali" but does that make it a better guard dog? |

IamAnderson: C funny picture .....do you know how the body of a dog that just rolled look like? if u do you won't post that pic... Gameness is the response I got for you......once you know the meaning you will see the light |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by welzyj2(m): 7:29pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
IamAnderson: This your post don make me wan fall .....c as the pittie dey smile for the 2nd pic if both dog's were fighting that mouth wey open go dey dig into the kangal's chest |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by IamAnderson(m): 7:36pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
welzyj2:So the dogs look like they were playing to you? How can somebody be so blinded by their ego?... Instead of you to reply with your own receipts like I did, you're talking about gameness?? I'm disappointed |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 8:24pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
IamAnderson:its very obvious he knows nothing about dogs.If he did ,he wouldn't be comparing a Pitt and kangal strength wise. 2 Likes 1 Share |

A gamebred APBT will take down your cauc or kangal Will try to look for and upload a video btw kangal and APBT you will see how your kangal jumped box [/quote]this argument is not about dog fights but about best guard dogs. But to see hw u would openly say DAT a Pitt would kill a kangal in a fight makes me sad....really sad.Soon u will say a Lhasa can kill a rott....lol 1 Like |

agboedeh:Hmm, question is what in that video that shows a kangal is a good guard dog. They are big, scary, aggresive nd hard to control, is that y its a good guard dog? A dog that cannot percieve an actual threat? |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by welzyj2(m): 9:12pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
IamAnderson: When you know the meaning of the word, you will understand that there is no need for arguments ....make your research |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 9:12pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
Eveezy:first of all,the attributes of a good guard dogs is d ability to attack any intruder at all and dats wat d kangal was doing. Come on,its very clear, just admit it.kangals are active and even fast for their size and smart A good guard dog most be smart ,fast, brave, loyal to d owners, scary, intimidating, and very strong. |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by oluomoadebayo: 9:17pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
agboedeh: With due respect, I think it’s not right for me to argue about dogs with you. You don’t have any clue to what a guarding dog is all about. As for me I’m a Malinois breeder not Kangal or CO |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 9:40pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
oluomoadebayo:Exactly.U are a malinios breeder and u breed one of d best in Nigeria, train them for different purposes including guarding homes from intruders.but am just trying to say that there are other dogs out there also used for guarding and are good at it. |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 9:48pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
oluomoadebayo:it is right to argue because through argument we all learn For example, its through this argument that i knew the Russians were cloning the malinios and recruiting more of them into their task forces. |

Hmm I have simply enjoyed the show here....i have also learnt a lot about dog.... I have never owned one but I love them....im afraid I'm gonna spoil one if I eventually get... But all in all very informative thread and me and my bro have an idea what to get now if we gonna get one.... The argument for and against is really a good thing, cuz made me see the two sides evenly... And why so much training with dogs... I thought you'd just get one and feed milk till they grow or something, what I'm reading here is like taking care of a baby... |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 10:18pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
Starboytwo:thanks, its good to know that our argument educated some people.having a dog is more than just feeding it.U need to dedicate ur time and effort into training .The type of training depends on d breed.I currently own a local dog but am I preparing to devote 15 years into making them a standard breed.I am studying d behaviour of my dog, doing my research online ,seeking advise from other experienced breeders cos I see a lot of potential in my dog. |

agboedeh: My bad! You are a local dog owner, yet, you are arguing like a pro. One of the reason we have no culture towards dogs in this country. I’m so disappointed in myself. 1 Like |
Re: Belgian Malinois Breeding Plan In Nigeria. by agboedeh: 10:54pm On Jan 24, 2019 |
oluomoadebayo:u make me laugh.Owning a local dog doesn't mean I don't know about dogs.I am willing to improve the breed and make them more respected in Nigeria.I just don't want to breed dogs cos there are already a lot of breeders out there, I want to improve our Nigerian breed. So if u have a problem with DAT then nt only are u disappointed in urself, I am Disappointed in u. 2 Likes |

oluomoadebayo:the more u comment makes me laugh even more. Going into such a thing requires a lot of study, understanding, and devotion so if u think u don't need knowledge and study of different breed in other to create a new one ,then am so sorry for u. |
