Why not ask him instead? Cos I doubt one can know the kind of bird it is by just looking at the picture of the wings and laps especially when it is fried already

But at times I marvel at how people love to eat different kind of meat o. Anything other than beef, goat meat, fish, turkey and chicken i no dey chop o.

Yes...I just chopped my tomatoes, peppers, and onion together in a bowl, seasoned the mixture with a little salt and seasoning, then I stir fried it in a little oil on a low heat for some few minutes to retain part of it's fresh taste .

We call it Pawsmno pronounced as pakzmo. Lots off pepper though. Winter dish to keep warm and cold away
