Chai. This Rom made their name on Samsung devices (starting from galaxy s2). Very popular then, including the almighty Omega rom of blessed memory . Resurrection Remix is probably the most customizable rom ever developed. I could remember using is on my gs2 those days.. You could customize virtually everything... including the app installation animation! The only downside is battery backup... average, in my opinion. Haven't tried it on Xiaomi tho, thanks to my policy of sticking with MIUI-Based roms.

a redmi note 5a is having issues onces your on call its goes off and u switch it on its at 1% wen u want to watch movies too d same thing

the phone is not up to a year

The rom is basically a combination of features from Paranoid Android rom, AOKP rom and Cyanogen mod (now lineage OS), that's the meaning of the "PAC". The only reason I switched to PACman rom from Resurrection remix was because it had the Halo feature which I really love then! Go figure what Halo is! Lol. However, don't say Resurrection remix is behind in terms of customization coz it makes me wonder if you've actually used it or just trying to be funny. RR is as customizable as PACman, if not more!

if bootloader is unlocked and phone is maybe rooted, does 'find my device' on xiaomi phones still work?

Hi guys please I need some help. I just updated my redmi 5a to MIUI 10 and the camera has stopped working. I've cleared both data and cache and rebooted the phone but it's still the same. I really don't want to do a factory reset because that in itself is not guaranteed.

Has anyone faced this type of issue before? What's the way around this please? Thanks.

If you cleared cache, you need to give necessary permissions again. Either reflash the rom manually or factory reset

It's the best in terms of customizations. Try the unofficial rom.

Okay thank you. I bought the phone as Global version but it got stolen and the idiot people flashed Chinese ROM on it. Perhaps doing reflashing the ROM manually is my best bet. I'll do a factory reset and if that doesn't work, I will flash the global ROM back. Thanks once again sir.
