HOW TO CURE MOUTH ODOUR Follow these steps: Brush your teeth and gum two times daily. Use a soft brush not hard one. Brush morning and night before going to bed After brushing your teeth, use tongue brush. According to a study, 90 % of the cause of mouth odour is due to bacteria in your tongue. Don't use your brush for the tongue. Afterwards, use a tongue scraper which scrapes and removes the bacteria in your mouth. Lastly, use a non-alcohol mouthwash that is anti-balerial and contains fluoride. Follow the direction of use. Don't swallow it. Rinse all your mouth and gargle to your throat. Don't swallow. Let it be in your mouth for about 30 seconds then spit it out. Use it in the morning and in the evening when you are about to go to bed. In the afternoon, while at work, chew sugar-free gum (chewing gum that has no sugar). Be consistent, it will eventually go. However, if symptoms does not go, see your dentist. Try the above. There is hope for you or anyone that has these issues. 1] Anyone who has mouth odour should visit a dentist regularly and do what is called scaling and polishing. You can request to do Ultra-sonic scaling and polishing from the dentist in your country of residence. It is the presence of plaque and tartar that that causes the gums to bleed and allows bacteria to fester. Holes in the teeth also harbour food debris so they need to be checked and filled up by the dentist to prevent food debris from decaying in the holes. Then engage in flossing after every meal to remove food debris such as meat from in-between your teeth. Get the flossing strings to pull out food debris after every meal. You can also immediately use your regular sowing thread to pull out any food debris like meat which if not pulled out will beging to putrefy or decay in the mouth. You will be glad you did! 2] For the body odour, just shave all your private body hairs - such as the arm pits, pubic hair and use colognes regularly or use anti-perspirants after having a good bath with your anti-septic soap. why manage when they can both be corrected. A good mouth,good paste,good tooth brush,good brushing method,mouth spray or your orbit chewing gum you are done with mouth odour. Then very strong an good perfume and very strong roll-on or antiperspirants spray will do for body odour. jezzzzz there is nothing bad if you love someone having any of this just maturely buy it for them as a gift and trust me they will understand and appreciate it. |
