I read books , bought weights ate like a horse...very little changes ...that was the 1990s.
Fast foward to 2019 : Now we have advanced formulas like whey powder...

Almost same situation as you, but in my case I can leave my beard, that helps alooot, but whenever I had a clean shave, some of these jambitos think am thier mate, they had no idea I completed NYSC before some of them even got admission into uni

Size has nothing to with respect. You have to ooze self confidence and know your worth, people will see you differently. And again, Money is also a Nigeria factor, so if you are in money, you won´t even have to bother because even the giants will prostrate for you. You have low self esteem. I have some sorts of small stature too, but I don't ever see myself as small. I talk with audacity in the midst of my friends, even those that look bigger than me have no option than to accord me the respect that I deserve.

In most cases it's how we see ourselves that people see us. If we see ourselves as small, people will see us small, but once you're big (even though small in stature) and you're vocal enough that you don't allow people dictate you you anyhow, the respect will come in handy.

I wanted to advise you to hit the gym until I saw this.

You can get a pair of dumbbells (got one from Jumia for 19k) or make cement dumbbells.

Forget about those big guys, every beginner starts with smaller weights and gradually increases it. So you need to start small.

You should also try getting closer to those big guys. You'll be surprised they'll like to help you.

And eat lots of protein. They are bodybuilding foods.

Eat fruits like watermelon too.

And I hope you do not masturbate. If you do, try to stop or control yourself to avoid ejaculation.

You will start seeing results within two months.

I have read a lot of self-help books ( it only gave me temporary boost), I tried to grow beards ( the thing no gree come out), used a lot of things like ( wate-on, casilan 90, complan, dexamethasone, etc,), e no work. started wearing shirt and trouser, before I know them don begin call me pastor, changed to native, so I could look more mature, people started saying I lacked fashion sense, that why would be putting on native attire Monday through Sunday. I don taya.
