Even Jeff Bezos can be fully invested.

The way I see this market now,the only thing that can stop the bleeding is releasing of Q1 results.

Maybe the unhealthy policies might be eradicated before half year results.

Since yesterday,I have not been myself due to excessive money I have put into this market hoping for a better return in the nearby future. Now my business is shaking seriously as a result of this action.

I know other people here are having similar issues now unless those who have mouth and no portfolio.

Imagine Transcorp coming back to #1,zenith #18,Fcmb #1.50.
And may even go below these prices if no intervention.I think I will be going off from the forum from now until my portfolio is back again.

"The market can stay irrational longer than you can stay solvent." ~ John Maynard Keynes

For those thinking about the meaning of the words of John Maynard Keynes, read it in Loco's post.

Nope. Exxon is just part of the symptoms. Many companies have been leaving for a while. GSK plans to sell their plants, Accenture is leaving.

The Nigerian economy is sick due to unhealthy policies, this companies leaving and the NSE going down is just a symptom.

Na today.

Insecurity, I agree. But whether there will be policy flipflops, it is a constant and that will not stop FPİ/investors.

Bros,I no longer have money to buy any stock now.I would have loaded more of Transcorp at sub #1.

I never knwew a time like this will come. Most stocks were trying to build a strong support sometime last month(zenith,Transcorp, fcmb) and we're waiting for a breakout suddenly, everything fall yakata.

Anyway,no need to run away from my forum except to look for cash to load Transcorp. I have one property to use to borrow money if Transcorp will not go below #1.

I am missing fxuser/bullbearmkt now.pls any TA person should help me check Transcorp for TA.

I don't have problem with fundamentals of my stocks but scare of further falls....

Exactly what I was saying to AutinKenneth. You can always bring in funds if you so much want to. I doubt there's anybody here that solely does NSE Trading/Investing, they are always other stuffs going on for additional income.

My brother joke apart, I have witnessed the good the bad and the urgly in the stocks stuff, it happened before that even good result does not lead to price appreciation so to me q1 may not translate to price appreciation unless FPI comes in and until then let fasten our seat belts and re- strategize.

We have always said it here and on SMN about the bingo that follows the pot belly man. grin

Bingo said the reason it follows a potbelly man is that if he doesn't poo, he will vomit.

People have been warned to invest in stocks that consistently pay dividends. İf e no vomit(share appreciation), e must poo(dividends).

Those who understand are relaxed.

The least a stock can fall is 20kobo. Since you are scared, wait till it gets to 20kobo grin

Otherwise stop waiting and buy if it gives you a satisfactory dividend yield.

Unfortunately, I don't think you are using DY for Transcorpse. 3kobo dividends. So what price will give you 10% yield? This shows you ain't for cash flow in betting Transcorpse but for speculation!

Sorry about that boss. From the little I know of your portfolio (you are the Zenith bank guy right?), you will definitely be alright.

That is why I tell people to always delay gratification.

I will be waiting to buy some shares at ridiculous prices though, let's see what happens. grin

Thank you Mendes,Thank you Oracle,Thank you All

Thank God for this beautiful morning. You people have reminded me of those things I use to know and consider b4 in this market.

You know how a person feels when his kids are sick and how he feels again if the kids eventually die.

You know how chibuking felt sometime last year when the baby was missing. It is never easy to watch your millions of naira diminishing for no reason.

The fig tree in the Bible was cursed because it failed to produced fruits at it's season. This is not a period when stocks should fall. This area should be look into pls.

once again thank you.I look forward to average down zenith since dividend yield is considered majorly in this falling.

Buy more or average down with which money? One's money is not infinite. What he is simply saying is that he is fully invested.

That is my predicament also despite being a member of the bonanza gang.

Now, the bonanza is here but I had earlier invested (and therefore taken a hit)

I actually gave advice on what people should do sometimes back...

I hope some people took the advice.

I warned them then that when the real Bonanza comes, even people shouting Bonanza, fear will hook them. Bargain hunters will be scared of bargain.

This market is more of psychology, then some small knowledge on finance, economics, accounting etc.

Dont mind Chibuking, he already bought Zenith. grin
You know one thing that used to serve as encouragement to me is if there are high volumes exchanging hands during bear. If the volume is nothing to write home about when prices are falling, then that scares me.

DAILY STOCK MARKET GUIDE FOR 04 APRIL 2019

MSCI on 03 April 2019 was on the purchase and sale side; bought Sterling bank, sold some First bank, UBA, Dangote Cement and Stanbic. Net money committed on the purchase side was approximately USD250,000.

Today will be a good day to just do some window shopping in the market. The big bear that showed up yesterday is too serious to toy with.

Of course when prices drop so low and becomes so ridiculous, FPI will come.

At this point, it's only those FPI that knows what will bring them back. We can only speculate. Zenith once traded below N9.00 (very low prices) and they are still the one's that crashed the price. Lets keep watching though, but while watching we need to know when and where to take position before we go turn Aaron at the end of the day.
