Please does anyone know if experienced hire will write the same aptitude tests as the graduate trainee?

I fail to understand how the number of slots allotted to the public as well as "special" candidates affects any of us .I also fail to understand how the number of applicants also affects any of you here
Why are you giving your self unnecessary worries?yours is to works hard and pray harder .
Its inevitable that we will always have specials candidates in Nigeria and there is nothing you and I can do about it .Even if they have 60% set aside for them there is nothing anyone can do about it.
Keep this irrelevant talk aside and concentrate on passing .May God be with all applicants

The person that first broke the news of the 26million people applying for the job was just a mischief maker but if you had read the news really, you could have deduce he/she was very wrong.

The NNPC website had over 26million hits/view doesn’t mean 26 million applied. I’m not sure about the experience hire but the graduate trainee, those that applied is not more than 250k (which is still much by the way).

I can’t count the number of times I went on that website especially since I had trouble uploading my passport and a host of others had the same issues then we still have others who couldn’t apply because they didn’t meet the criteria or those that just view for the website for confirmation or something, all these contributed to the 26 million hit/view.

Someone was telling me something similar.. that someone from Abuja came to his state asking about him and fortunately the guy from Abuja is a friend to his uncle. funny but true. happened this week.

It's not just possible, it's the reality. Will you yourself employ someone for a serious role in your organization without proper background checks? NNPC will consider State of origin, quota system and federal character in their employment, to a large extent. You can take that to the bank!
Bro, I also have a colleague who told me that someone came all the way from Abuja to his family compound to make enquiries about his brother before he was given appointment for a federal government job.

You guys should just allow people do their thing. If people are helping each other in solving problems, how is that another person's problem. We keep shouting slots have been allocated or look for powerful politician but I can authoritatively tell you all that over 40% of the total applicants will get the job without connections. So please allow people to do whatever they wish to do.

Ave got a lil advice for us all, Solving maths here won't aid our numeric or analytic skills in any way....u are better in maths by the things u learn urself....moreover there won't be time enough in any exam to be solving questions with sequence and steps as though u was doing an essay. Be brief,short and sharp. Solve on ur own,there is always someone in the neighborhood to help guide u. Here,u'd just get intimidated by how some are knowledgeable on it......speed and accuracy is learnt alone. Not everyone will get the Job....buh U will get it IJN.
