People did not start having sex or even orgies today, and people did not start taking tramadol and weed today. How come this one killed 4 people instantly? There are 1001 things that could have killed those 4 people; it could be some form of poisoning, it could just be that the drug they used was fake (and might just kill another person if this isnt investigated), it could be outright murder, it could also very likely be carbon monoxide from generator fumes, it could just be anything.
