I'll rather call that an improvement cos it means their profit ploughback is paying off and their issues are getting resolved.
Time for "investors" to start monitoring it so as to jump in, if at all its share price is punished for the low dividend.

Looking at Vitafoam, its not doing bad at all.
If it should move from illiquid to liquid, it will be one of the stocks that will be pulling nice stunts in NSE.
Imagine a stock of less than 4naira paying dividend of 25k and bonus issue of 1:5! Chai money is good ooo, one will just keep that one in one side to be poo-ing dividend every year, and possibly price appreciation at its own pace.
