Relax, it will delivered to your address.
Why the update online stops at Minna is because that is the General Post Office that serves your territory. The smaller post office in your town don't have IT department to update the tracking position, hence update stops @ Minna but the mail movement proceeds to your area without further update.

Another problem is whenever i try to use my phone number to login my mi account, it tells me Account doesn't exist but whenever I try to use that same phone number to create a new mi account, it tells me Phone number taken, try another one .

I believe if i can access a mi account using that phone number, then i can unlock my device.

Just password. It's possible you just added a favourite number to the actual password you usually use for your mails and other stuff to form your miui password.
