The school needs my bsc transcript to give me unconditional letter, and my previous University informed me that it will take at least two months for them to send my bsc transcript to my University in Canada, and am going for fall 2019.

I don't know if there has been successfully applicants that applied with a conditional offer letter in the erstwhile but it would be advisable if you apply with an unconditional letter(this best improve your chances than the conditional letter).

Approach your varsity again, and assure them you will be solely responsible for the posting fees and use a service like FedEx, DHL etc. The manner of your approach should be politely persistent with a sounding tone of its urgency.

Are you insinuating that applicants with conditional offer letter can't be approved of their visas? Let me tell you why that suggestion is not right. IRCC clearly stated that applicants with conditional offer of acceptance can apply for their Visa provided that they can meet the conditions established on their acceptance letter. There are so many applicants who doesn't have strong academic background on their proposed program probably because they didn't study a course related program in their first degree, as a consequence the university issues them a conditional offer on the account that they must complete some prerequisite courses prior to their full acceptance into the main program. This has never pose to be a problem and majority of these applicants were approved because they have shown that the conditions can be met once they get into Canada.

In summary, applicants with conditional offer can apply for their visa and will not face any issues at the Visa processing office.

In as much as IRCC website states the fact that an applicant can apply with a conditional letter by providing evidence is undeniably true but in practical reality many applicants have failed to provide or give substantial evidence in this areas to satisfy the VO whom the same IRCC website also states in "theory" that the VO in "practical reality" can also/has the right to refuse an application base on personal discretion that is considered "not genuine."

The reason why its not really "safe to an extent" to encourage/advise applicants to apply with a conditional offer letter is because:

1. Numerous applicants with a conditional letter have failed to substantially provide a satisfactory evidence to the VO

2. The VO tends to deliberate the genuineness of such applicants with a conditional letter. Imagine if the VO can scrutinize applicants with an unconditional letter based on "genuineness and purpose of visit," let alone applicant(s) with a conditional letter.

3. The VO can easily refuse an applicant with a conditional letter when the number of application is higher than expected owing to a repetitive excuse of "genuineness and using studies to facilitate entry."

4a. Most applicants are ignorant on how to satisfy the VO with a conditional letter i.e. the particular document to give/include etc. Some just go ahead to apply with only such letter or not.

4b. In the case of a DLI offering an applicant admission base on a conditional letter in return to satisfy certain academic performance upon resumption before the unconditional letter can be issued(is really tedious to though not impossible to convince the VO of been a serious student and other related excuses) "could" be used against such applicant by the VO, with some ticked boxes in relation to "purpose of visit" etc.

I am not insinuating with this assertions that an applicant who applies with a "conditional letter would be refused but 'could likely' be refused."

So its most advisable for applicants to apply with an unconditional letter if possible except on the occasion of certain circumstances in which such applicant have no choice than to apply with a conditional letter but must do the needful to provide substantial required evidence.

Besides, lots of people have applied with conditional offered without issues so the PA should not waste valuable time trying to sort out transcript and whatnot. No issues here.

This is not correct. I applied with a conditional offer letter and still got approved. The conditions i had to meet were just submission of original certificate and transcripts which is same for that in question.

But its still better applying with an unconditional letter, I like always say, circumstances is always very much important to every application.

Its great here, very nice people. People are nice to you for no reason.
Sane drivers too, atleast, I never fight any driver for change since when I come here.
In the school environment, once a pedestrian steps on the road to cross, all vehicles must stop. I did it the first time, body sweet me. The people here don't even look at the road anymore. Some will just be chatting and crossing. Me, as a Nigerian, I still have trust issues, so even though I know they will stop, I still look right, left, right, left, right again, up, down and back, before crossing (YOLO).

For those still coming in the spring/summer semester, one of the mistakes you shouldn't make (which I made) is believing that; "It is the spring/summer semester, it won't be cold anymore".
When I was coming here, I bought a light winter jacket, cos I was thinking the cold should be gone by now. But it was a different thing when I stepped out of the airport.... cold wan finish me... and guys here are saying its not cold, walking around with just T-shirts, girls on bumshorts. Me, I have been sleeping, eating, and doing almost everything with my winter jacket on.
So, don't believe those people you see online, saying it's warm in the spring/summer. Na SCAM, I repeat na SCAM. They have been here for a while, they're used to it, YOU ARE NOT.
And someone told me the fastest way to the clinic is by converting stuffs you want to buy from Dollar to Naira.
I went to a shop to buy a blanket. It cost $50. Immediately my brain involuntarily started to do the conversion to Naira. Then I started thinking, "Do I really need a blanket?, I can just wear 4 thick clothes and 4 jean pants to bed". Most people can't help it, I can't. But, the earlier you stop, the better.

Officer: Where will you be staying?
Me: I came in contact with someone in Regina who found some apartments that I will be checking out once I get there, but I will be staying in a hotel for a few days, while I check the apartments (I already made a reservation for a hotel before traveling).
Officer: What other documents do you have there with you?
Me: My hotel reservation print out and my connecting flight to Regina.
Officer: (The reservation was done with my Nigerian debit card and the last four digits of my card were written there) He asked who owns the card, I said its mine, he asked for it.
After checking the name and number, he gave me my study permit and stamped me in.

I am a self sponsor student going for PhD. I got approved with treasury bill and fixed deposits investments. The only balance I had in my statement of account was 500k.

Now - I have been given admission to study M.Sc sociology at UoR
Education background - ND Statistics, 2008. B.Sc in Demography and social statistics, 2012, M.Sc in Demography and social statistics, 2018.

I am married with Kids - Landed property and physical cash is well enough to proof ties and I also have an aunty willing to give me cover letter and her bank statement that she will cover my living expenses whilst in canada because she is a Canadian already.

I currently work with a transport company as a Manager and I have been working here since 2013.

During my Msc (still working) I got different scholarships to attend conferences and workshops in UK, Rwanda, SA, GH & Nigeria and I have two published manuscripts.

please someone should help with this profile because I start the process at all, I got the LOA yesterday.

NB: Demography is a subset study of sociology.... I really need this certification to help me proceed for my PhD but how will I explain this to VO?

Have you tot that probably it was because it took awhile for them to verify that you had enough liquid funds. No one is saying liquidate all funds on fixed deposit or Treasury bill for visa purpose. However, you need to show proof of funds that are readily available.
So my advice make your profile as clear as possible to avoid delays.

I got administration into pre-nursing degree(UG) of which i will formally get into nursing school after the pre nursing session (1 year)..i already hold a bsc in biology education uniben...i hv applied for trv twice and has been denied in those two occasions..the reason for rejection was simply that i will not leave canada at the end of my studies...could the the refusal be as a result of me going for a second UG or could it be my age as i am 25..if this is the case... gurus in the house help me out...is my cgpa of 3.75 from uniben too low to secure a masters degree in canada

I have been waiting for my passport since I got my visa application denied on the 8th of April 2019...i paid for my documents to be returned via courier service... Till now I haven't heard anything from them and I try calling I keep getting answer from an automated response. Pls is there any number I can use to reach the visa office in Abj or anyone with idea of the time frame for my passport to be returned to me.

Then maybe that was the cause of the relatively longer processing time for the applicant with dependants that applied with her. It's even on CIC website that processing times may be longer for an applicant applying with dependants cos they'd have to do background checks for all of them(especially if they fall within a certain age bracket).

I need you to understand that T-bills are very liquid funds. in less than t+2 days, you can liquidate... It is not right to say someone's application took longer because the person used fixed deposit and t-bills. That is an outrightly false and has no backing.
