For people encouraging these guys.
If only you knew the bad reputation we have outside this country you will weep.
I can never be a Nigerian in my next life.
all those misfits encouraging those yahoo boys are not exposed at all, they don't know d level of damage those boys have done to our reputation. presently my guy is into commercial transport in Dubai, he told me anytime his clients ask him where he is from in Africa n he mentions Nigeria they just tell him manshallah n go for another car so he has been telling people he's a Ugandan n they are cool with it. just imagine, n there was a film I watched where two white guys were discussing n one of them said he saw a biz proposal online n he will give it a trial, the next thing d other guy said was that it could b a Nigerian guy in one of those cafe's. I just weak

Once and individual start demanding for your card information, just laugh grin grin cheesy

Those are G men

They got nothing but love for your card details

No matter where or how the conversation is
Days ,weeks , months , years once dey ask just laugh and say NO

No bank
No bank will ever ask for your bank details
Bank will tell you to visit the nearest branch ....

You made this article sound as if it was done by a Nigerian. Please note that all those skrill, cc and paypal fraud is mostly done by foreigners. Especially US, and Europeans. That's their stock in trade. The person behind that handle is most possibly a white chap. Stop blackmailing the country just because you choose to be ignorant of some obvious signs
Honestly
The title of d thread ought to be skrill is scam
Because not everyone took time to read it, they just saw the title and move on. Skrill is a foreign base company, operated by white.

Yahoo boys don't care if u are a Nigerian or not.. In 2013, I lost about 67k in my uba acct to naija scammers who got my card details via online..

About a month ago, my babe mother lost over 200k to yahoo boys who called her and made away with the old woman's card details.. The woman became sick for weeks. She lost weight. Those guys are wicked.

Fraud is fraud.. Nigerians celebrate wealth so much without minding where it is coming from.. It is the reason we have the type of leaders we have. Why? We celebrate anything money. That is why leaders will steal our money, then use the money to oppress Nigerians becus they know Nigerians will worship them.

It is that mindset to make money that has pushed many youths into fraud. This thing called fraud has finished us badly. It is terrible..

A lady decided to marry an old man becus of money, instead of leaving the babe or attacking the babe, some people are busy insulting her ex bf. Insulting him to go and hustle. I mean, hustle for what na? That is how we push our selves into fraud. In Nigeria, just go and make money at all costs..

I don't wish to raise kids in this clime.. It is a disgrace to the world..

Khiaa, you're taking this too personal.

Nigerians are a special breed among Africans. We are probably no.1 in Africa for online scams. It's dreadful.

We are also prominent in the drug trade in South Africa. There are complaints about us all over.africa and even globally about nefarious activities

So I'm not going to deny it. Many honest Nigerians find they are distrusted because of activities of these goons.

Preach brother! They don't know. I know a man that his family is suffering from the consequences of his actions back in the late 90s. His eldest son is 38 and still living with him. His other kids are useless and jobless. Man is rich o but nothing positive is happening in his family. They are just rich and stagnant.

Well said, what do you think is the solution to all these? If people still go into kidnapping and robbery despite the Death penalty do you think yahoo will ever end? People are been kidnapped everyday the country is getting more insecure each passing day despite all effort.
We should focus on the politicians leading people to evil. Just yesterday they added 23 billion to their no-one is saying about it. Do you know how far that money can go? How many lives it'll take out of the streets?
The energy we put on yahoo boys it's not worth it.
The politicians should be feeling the heat. Let the Government just try and employ half of the youth and see if yahoo won't reduce. Imagine people mining skull for 5k do you think if those guys have a job of 50k they'll go into it?.. Very soon yahoo boys will turn on Armed robbers just like the old days. And we'll see the full wrath. Since we pretend and shy away from the real deal
politicians are not robbing us of our sweat. They're stealing directly from cbn because they spent billions to get to that level. . The ones stealing our sweat are the enemies

lucky you bro. internet fraudsters using verified twitter account (mostly from cheap celebrities - BB9ja, OAPs and some low profile musician or actors or even footballers in our local league) is the reason Twitter no longer verifies Nigerian accounts anymore. for more than six months now NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE. Even Otedola's account was not verified until he brought it down because boys were so using his profile details to scam people.

I saw one guy that play for sharks of Port harcourt with verified twitter account. that guy wey dey struggle to construct english. Imagine what will happen if his footballing career ends. the guy nor mind sell that account for like 1M to gboys make dem take carry out damage.
the worst is that Twitter does not block the scam accounts even if you report it. They'll say it's in accordance with their parody policy

Wetin come be Skrill matter for here. Someone might have hacked your email to access your Skrill funds. Skrill is still a very reliable payment gateway known worldwide. I have a verified Skrill account which I have been using for years. Still way better than the sleepless nights PayPal might give u. Every blogger wants to use Yahoo boys story gather traffic.

The same thing I wanted to say. I have been using skrill for some years and I have never experienced any scam related issues from them. I think saying skrill is a scam is like tarnishing the reputation of the company.

Your story is very incoherent.

By the way, I honestly think your major problem here is ignorance mixed with a sizeable chunk of pride. That's the only logical reason you could call Skrill a Yahoo outfit. This is how you guys mess up the Nigerian reputation with your I too know crap.

In one voice you claimed that their twitter handle was cloned by the Yahoo boys. Yet you also claimed that the official Skrill is Yahoo Yahoo.

You claimed that their site had no live customer support contact form. Yet you finally posted a tweet showing the link to the customer support form.

And for some reason, your name is Tech Capon.

Boy, arrogant display of mediocrity disgusts me.

A careful audit of the op statement shows that he fall a victim of cloned or hijacked website. Maybe skrill website was cloned and he registered using the fake web address or app. Before you make any transaction next time. Do check the web address very well.

Of course, every sane person is a "yahoo boy" to an ignoramus idiots like you who cannot locate a customer care form on a prominent global fintech web app like Skrill, nor distinguish between a verified and unverified Twitter account.

Keep showing your stupidity upadan.

more Nigerians are beast. if u are struggling in life u are tagged lazy. go & sell gala yada yada while they will never tell u how they got their capital & d hundreds of millions they boast of . last last many people & d scammers themselves wouldn't end well.

stealing is d only sin dat u return 4x or 5x of what u stole so u can set ur soul free from damnation on judgement day. don't allow pastor or imam deceive u with "forgiveness, grace & mercy" . Go & pay ur debt. it is a debt dat must be paid
