Next time, when you want to guess about someone else's relationship, especially one you don't know from Adam, let the guessing end in your head, particularly in your brain, or you do your guess work without mentioning me, that way, all others will see the stupidity of your guess work.

Now 3 months is an ideal length of time to get over a heart break, when it's getting to 6 months to a year, it becomes an obsession, which brings in negative thoughts like wanting to seek revenge or harm the "heart breaker", which in itself is not healthy, hence my first comment, hints to him allowing himself to hurt for 3 months give or take,

Getting over her probably won’t be a quick thing unfortunately, but it may help if you surround yourself with friends and do things to occupy yourself so it’s not all you’re thinking about. It’s not easy but it tends to get better with time.

Seems like you are somehow hoping that you can be together again. Don't look at it as a lost...but as a gain. It is a learning experience... not one to mourn. Look back... what signs did you miss?... were you even paying attention?... nothing in life is guaranteed so always save that little for disappointment such as this. It's called heartbreak.... very common.... but the thing is how you deal with it. What if you got married... then she pretty much dumped you?...see this also as a blessing in disguise. There are others out there wayyyy better.... socialize... make new friends.... eventually you will make that connection.

heartbreaks makes you emotionally very strong.still remembered how I joblessly cried then,to sleep at night nah wahala I go dey cry,funny enough I went completely silent after that and moved on with my life,setting better goals for myself while guarding my heart preciously.so poster just cry,as in cry wella but make it snappy and move on with ur life whilst being more careful about this love matters.

Don't even know what to say to you, it's definitely not going to be easy. Because, even if you do manage to get rid of anything and everything that can remind you of her, you sure as hell can never get rid of the memories shared. That, will always haunt you!

Whatever you do though, 'never set her as a standard for your future relationship'. Maybe that way you can at least move on with the believe that there's someone better out there. Best of lucks bro!
