You can call or send email to them so as to understand the reason for the delay. I did CDT in January, I got the result end February (almost one month later,) although they sent me a mail on day 5 after the Exam that my result was under quality check. Finally, it ended in praise as it was good.

Daybour1:
Good morning guys.

I wrote CDT ielts test in Ibadan on the 10th of May. The result should have been online since 17th May and up till now results are not yet available. If this issue happened with paper based, I probably wouldn't be this worried.

Please advise what to do. Thanks.

Please Uniport graduates should stay away from ICES now....its now officially on their website.
ICES and WES can't evaluate uniport graduate results. Someone stated its been the case since 2011. @otoks please what's the best way one can channel this to management. It is only this school in Nigeria that they're having issues wrt evaluating results. This is obviously a management issue.

Been off here a minute.

Kindly advise.

I am 29, will be 30 next year.
I have a B.Sc.
I have almost 5 years of experience
IELTS score: 9,8,7.5 7
Single.

My present score is 438. considering it's low.

What programme can I start and conclude before the year runs out to improve the odds?

I am open to a wide range of suggestion.

Cheers and merci beaucoup.

@bolded, I can see you're already sounding TEFic. Have you considered sitting for the TEF exam? It's every French speakers' magic wand. If your French is up to B1 already, you can give it a try while looking at other options shared with you above. All eggs must not be in a single basket. You know the kind of basket they make these days! Given the bilingualism of the promise land, the certificate will be useful even if you don't eventually use it for EE. Here's is the link to the sister thread for TEFers:

Good day,
Please I need help as regards a case of rejection I saw somewhere else concerning Tbills a certain person submitted as POF which states and I quote:

'the treasury bills will be held by Nigerian International Bank Nominees Limited as Custodian on your behalf; upon maturity, proceeds will be credited into your account with us.

Please note that the bank is not obliged to purchase this security if you wish to sell it before maturity. There also exists a possible erosion of principal invested should market forces cause unfavourable fluctuations of yields and the security is sold before maturity date’

I'm concerned because I've exactly same clause on my certificate too and wouldn't want to experience same issue as I'm post-AOR.

What advice would you give in such instance in order to forestall an ADR or rejection: should I pro actively liquidate the Tbills and leave it in my account or FD

The attachment below is for someone else, it was shared on a group my friend belongs.

I saw this too. It must have been because of these:

Thank you for this. This spoke to me. I have my IELTS result and ECA. But ITA seems impossible to get because of my CRS and my husband's refusal to do IELTS. I want to do CIMA and have started some preparation, but I lack motivation. It just seems so hard right now and I don't know if I can make it. The Canadian dream is getting blurry. So I really needed this message. I will push hard, and hopefully testify soon.
Enjoy!

Where did you get this from?

Please, read this thread carefully (especially page one) and see for yourself what people have done with NOUN degrees. I, for one, used it.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 8 by topeolu1: 12:58pm On May 19, 2019
This should be another case. If you check the rejection she posted earlier, it says the lady sent in 90 days treasury bills dated December and matured March, which was renewed again and she sent in the matured one....

Maybe it was the matured one you are referring to that someone else now signed when she got adr??

I think the crux here is the nonsense clause in the Gtbank letter. People have been using tbills like forever and no issues. Other banks don't have that clause and all the cases referenced are from Gtbank.

Kindly get more info for us to stay guided.

Regards

Wait for an ADR before liquidating or taking any next action. Getting an ADR for this is 50-50.

topeolu1:
Hello people, I used treasury bills from another bank but mine does not contain that clause or disclaimer. Just stated the investment details and the nominees and it will be governed by applicable Nigerian laws.

Mine matures in November. It's about 50% of my pof. Do you think I should get a confirmation letter from the bank that I can sell off before maturity or it's better to just liquidate and put in fixed deposit.

This VO are suspecting people are borrowing the money to do pof.

Kindly advise.

You would not get a straight rejection. This issue is in a grey area. The VO would most likely request an ADR (depending on the VO) or a procedural fairness letter. Wait for an ADR while planning right now what you would do if an ADR comes up. When an ADR comes up, liquidate the funds, transfer to your bank account and print out the LATEST bank statement and send. This proves that you have access to the funds at anytime.

chrisebsy:

This worries me , we need to analyse this, in other to help those of us whose application carries gtb tbills .

I'm only days post AOR.

mine is for 6months.

should I liquidate ,fix the POF and send updated POF ?

should I request for reference letter in CIC format from the bank and raise a cse and add it.

or

should I just ignore and wait for ADR before I do any or both of the above.

These are the possible solutions that I can think of. if anyone has a better option ,kindly share.

is it possible to get a straight rejection without ADR?

I have seen folks who used d same tbills from GT who have gotten ppr.

confused state.
